Extremely disappointed with UPS " DELIVERY " service OR rather lack.of service. They tell blatant lies about attempting delivery. They even told me yesterday the driver was at my house but had no security access code - our gates were wide open. No driver had been anywhere near our home. Am so annoyed and will NEVER order anything for delivery again if UPS are involved 😡
Two parcels on the way, both requiring signature. Both fail to arrive on the designated day. Parcel 1 originated in France. It then went to Germany, and thence to Dublin - 80km from our home near Dundalk. Then it went to Shannon (200km from us) and then to Cork (300km away) where it stayed as UPS had decided they didn't understand the address (even though it contained house number, street, town, county AND Eircode), and therefore were going to return it to the sender. Phone call to customer support, very polite lady who had no more idea than I had but promised me a call within the hour. Tried to explain the concept of Eircodes to her but not sure it registered. No call received, parcel spends the day in Cork until someone manages to understand the address, then gets sent to Dublin (hello again) and eventualy to us. Left on the doorstep without so much as a ring of the bell, so much for requiring a signature. The other parcel is much less well travelled, but nevertheless arrives a day later than promised and again no signature is requested. Never mind the annoyance of waiting in to sign for things that don't arrive, how do these people make any money?
Delivery man are lazy. I was waiting for them in two days but no sign of them. UPS Roscommon Ireland. It was always like this. I called UPS call center to give my phone number to delivery man but no call and sign of delivery man. Very frustrating. There are many people who wants the Job but not the work. If I am the employer of this people I will fire them.
Awful!It has happened multiple times before, but this time is too annoying!!! I was expecting 5 parcels on a Friday, nother parcel on Monday and on Wednesday. So obviously driver has decided not to drop by on Friday, there was no one calling belly or knocking doors, no one tried to reach me out on a mob. As soon as I got failed delivery notification, I was out on the street. Driver was climing that attempted deliver at **:22 and I was out checking for a driver at **:25 there's no chance that driver would reverce his van and drove off within 3 minutes! Checked CCTV no sign of the van or driver! Called UPS directly, assistant promised to contact depo and to arrange delivery today. No sign of delivery, no updates! I have sent email to UPS but again no reply!In reply to UPS on trust pilot.Case No C-0314601656 no reply!Case No #5600647 no reply!Nothing still delivered, just status has changed from attempted to deliver 25 for on its way! REDICULOUS!!!!
Was waiting for a parcel to be delivered only for it to be delivered to a different house. Spoke to Lucia in customer service and was extremely rude and hung up on me.Was more interested in finishing work at 5pm than helping me. She was suppose to call be back the following day with an update for my parcel and never did. I was left to look around my town for the parcel based on the photo of the front door my parcel was delivered to. A disgrace of a company. I’ve tried to log a complaint from the email on their website. The emails bounce back. Logged a claim and now I can’t seem to even log in to view my claim.
Horribly unfriendly company using blackmail and gangster methods!!!I bought China in an auction in the UK for about £200. The delivery cost I paid was an extra £85. All fine so far. After hearing nothing for a while, I contacted the sender, who told me UPS had informed them that I had refused payment! Which is not at all true. Indeed I had gotten an Email asking me to pay another 128€ for the shipment to Ireland, but that mail ended up in my junk mail. In the copied message from UPS, sent to me by the auction house, there was my previous address, instead of the one I provided to the sender. Upon asking the question to UPS, to detail what I had to pay an extra 128€ for, I got no precise reply, only that the additional cost was now £288. I told the auction house to cancel the shipment. In the subtext to the message from UPS they claim that they make the sender liable for additional cost or destroy the parcels. This is pure blackmail! No other parcel company asks such high costs to ship goods from UK to Ireland. Diabolical indeed!!! No wonder the stock value of UPS is in freefall since 2021…
