This quilt is nothing like what was shown on the advertising picture. I have tried to call five times, and have emailed three times. There has been no response. I sent it back and there was no such address. Finally, I filed a fraud complaint with American Express.This is a complete scam.
This is what I found online and I wish I would have read this before I place my order. (Vantique.net claims to sell quilts and patchwork designs, but experts warn of low-quality products, misleading ads, and poor customer service.)1. Terrible Customer Service - My last inquiry was answered 3 weeks after I submitted it.2. It took a month to deliver my Order.3. A "TIP" was added to my order. A Tip for what? I asked why and they told me I was given an option when I submitted my Order. I found out about the Tip when I received my order. After several inquiries, I was told I added the tip. Nowhere was this disclosed. It's like the Cashier at a store asking me for a tip because I handed them my Money. 4. The Quality is not worth the money I spent. 5. An $79.99 Quilt came out to over $103 in the end.Ending, if I could give a lower rating I would. Words from a dis-satisfied Customer. Beware!
Red flag 🚩 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The pics online are nothing like what you get! They will not give me any return info! Calling my credit card company now and canceling the transaction! Calling the BBB THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! I will be sure they do!!! I have sent three messages requesting return info. They basically ghost you once they send you the pile of crap that doesn’t even look like the quilt you ordered. It’s disgusting.!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I wish I had done some googling before ordering this quilt. It is basically a blurry print on a sheet. It is NOT a quilt and definitely not what was advertised. What a waste of money. Feel like a fool. All of the 5 star reviews that you see are absolutely fake - they delete the bad ones from their own website. This is not a legitimate company. It is a scam.
I ordered a small quilt and pillow case depicting a seahorse on the quilt and an ocean scene on the pillow case. I really examined your website and the pictures of these items before ordering BUT, your photos conceal the fact that these are not truly quilted items. THEY ARE BOTH PICTURES, PRINTED ON FABRIC, AND THEN "QUILTED" IN BRIGHT WHITE THREAD THAT SHOWS ON THE (FAKE) QUILT FABRIC.I have attached 4 pictures, documenting the situation. I have photographed the exact same area of the blanket and pillow cover as they appear on my computer screen and then as they appear "live" on what you sent me.As you can see THERE IS NO BRIGHT WHITE STITCHING ON THE SCREEN SHOTS. Go ahead, zoom way in. You will not see any white stitching. The screen shots make it appear that the items were quilted along the natural lines of the seahorse or of sea animals, plants, or waves. YOUR stitching is in a regularized pattern that is the same all over the quilted blanket and pillow cover and is bright white thread
Bait and Switch. Ad showed a comforter with back stitch and puffiness. Received a screen printed item with just quilted stitching. Not as advertised. They will not refund my money or offer a return. Bad Business. They appear to be out for the quick buck. But, just so happens ... I was my buck.
