The quality of the quilt was not at all what the picture showed when i ordered it. It was a screen print of the real quilt that was in the picture and very poor quality. I have tried for three weeks to get a return label and still have not gotten service.
Horrible! Shouldn’t even be rated with one star! Product was “nothing” like they advertised. It was a picture of a quilt printed onto fabric & then sewn with a bunch of white squiggly lines so they could attempt to call it a quilt! Then when I contacted them to let them know it was nothing like what I ordered, they wouldn’t honor their own return policy. Consumer beware… this company is a total scam!
I ordered a quilt, but received a pixelated scrinprinted fabric moving blanket with no quilting, just a puzzle- patterned machined stitch to attach the screenprint image of a quilt to a moving blanket. I asked to return, they denied. I reported to PayPal, they fought the chargeback. I fought with Visa, they again, fought the chargeback and said for a refund I can mail it to China, my cost. Their business address isn't listed as China. After the 3rd go-around, my credit card company refunded my money, meanwhile they are actively baiting others into this process that they've perfected of just fighting chargebacks and using fake US addresses for shipping return address labels that customers cant return the falsely advertised, overprised moving blankets back to.
The quilt I received was not what was represented. Not hand made, obviously machine made. Zero of the curliques in background. Colors similar but not same, more orange than burgundy. Thin, barely any inside fill. They may be designed in U.S. but they aren't made in U.S.To return, I could pay shipping back to China or they would return 50% of the product cost (no refund of my shipping cost for original purchase) and I could keep the product. I found that return shipping was MORE than 50% of the price. The product is now stuck up in a closet collecting dust. I finally got my refund. I lost $75 on the return deal. This quilt is something you might pay $29.99 for...at most.
What was received was nothing like what was pictured or described. Once your disappointing product arrives it's a nightmare to get a refund. Over $100 for a cheap stamped design fabric that has stitching added to it. Paper thin, flimsy. Glad I didn't order more and decided to wait until we received the first one. Waited weeks to be disappointed. Quickly found out. Took a whole ordeal through the bank to recapture the money. Stay away!
