So far I agree with the negative comments and reviews. The advertisements of these so called handmade quilts is a SHAM. The use of light and great photography is what makes these quilts and runners look totally hand-made...but they aren't!! It took over a month to receive my quilt and shams and I was very, very, very disappointed that my 119.00 went for this piir craftsmanship! Buyer BEWARE!!
I'm so happy with my horse and elephant bedding sets. The horse set is perfect for anyone who loves these majestic animals and the elephant set is just as beautiful, full of color and life. I bought both at a great discount and they make my room look so vibrant.
Ordered a bedspread and shams. Paid extra for compostable packaging and even left a tip for the extra service. The bedspread and shams came with a 7" cut through the product as it was only packaged in a plastic bag. Now they will not refund my money unless I pay to return to China even though the website says full return for damaged products. This is two weeks of several emails an no resolution.
Their quilts are nothing more than a blanket! What I received looked NOTHING like the picture. They state there may be a slight variation. There’s a big difference between a quilt and a blanket! And they wouldn’t refund my money even though I requested a refund as soon as I received it. This company is a scammer, thieve and liars!! Don’t order from them, you can’t get your money back!
DO NOT BUY! Please don't waste your money on this scam! Quilt was a fuzzy printed depiction of what I ordered w/very little stitching. They shipped the wrong size, also. I tried to get a refund and they denied it. SCAM!-Thanks for your response but the pictures you posted is the true definition of false advertisement!! Why even have a return policy when you have loop holes around it so the customers can not get their money back. You know your product is horrible and you know it is cheaply made and is NOTHING like what you advertise. It's companies like yours that make us leery to online shop!!! Horrible product and customer service!!!!
Scam. I paid for recyclable packaging and quit came in a plastic bag with a deep slash so the quilt was ruined. They did not want to refund my money and after repeated emails they only agreed to 1/2 a refund. So had to dispute it with my credit card and won the whole refund. Do not do business with these people. Plus the quilt looked nothing like the picture.
