Disgusting went to llandough hospital cost £23, that's fine, but return journey cost me £30 outrageous, driver went all the way round cardiff, said lamb way was busy, but took me all way round to get on to lamb way way anyway, I will no longer be using veevu, I've been a customer for years but I won't be using again
Wasn't so bad when it was drive but now it's veezu. I suffer from anxiety so needed a taxi to pick my son up from after he injured himself. Not even a mile from home to the school but charged me £9.20 😤. Got hull cars on the way back which was £5.80. Now how can they charge nearly double? Lost my custom for a fact. Will be using hull cars from now on.
As of Monday 22nd September 2025 Veezu have added a £1.50 charge to pre book your taxi. A journey that I used to pay £5.20, they are now charging £7.10. I paid the extra £1.50 to prebook and the driver still turned up late, so what privilege are we actually paying for?! Set of jokers. Office staff are rude and don't care. Worst taxi company ever. Avoid! Someone needs to set up another company that isn't run by money hungry thieves!
