Prebooked taxi for it to still be searching for a driver 10 mins after the time I booked it for. I phoned to be told they are still trying to find a driver and could be another 10 to 15 mins. I had a train to catch which I missed as had to arrange other transportation. If pre booked a driver should be assigned, not happy and will not be using veezu again. Very unreliable and not helpful when contacted them

How a £12 taxi ended up costing me £90

Booked a taxi two days before travel, taxi was over 45 minutes late, missed my train so cost be an extra £75. I will never use this service again, they just don't care and the call handlers are rude.
