driver took cash from me, was also charged on my credit card, so they had double payment, raised complanit with veezu and the driver said he never took the cash, dont use this company, they farm out taxi rides to many a untrust worthy character
We had a taxi BOOKED with Veezu hours in advance to take us to a restaurant where we had a table booked. When the time came they did not arrive and when we called them they did not have any cars available. I don't understand why they take a booking and not uphold the contract.
Terrible service. First taxi booked didn’t arrive they said when called it was booked at 19.15 instead of 18.00. I had the confirmation text. They then said it hadn’t been paid. Again I had the confirmation text. The return taxis they sent one only. When I called to ask where the other one was they said I’d cancelled it. Clearly nonsense why send one if it was cancelled. They clearly charge up front over book then lie about why taxis don’t arrive. Do not use this company.
Extremely quick response to our request for a car (in Bath at 4:00pm), appreciate the fixed price, great driver and we arrived at our destination exactly when the app said we would. Our driver helped with luggage, and to top it all it was half the ridiculous price quoted by Uber.
