Use this website if you want people to be able to scam you and vinted will happily help the people scamming you do so. I sold a jacket never worn, the buyer claimed the jacket they received had holes and because they had pictures of another jacket which had clearly been worn for multiple years, I was not paid. I will never use vinted again. I have even been warned by friends and family against these scammers, so it is not an uncommon thing! Please be careful. I have to sell one more item, and I will be sure to film the whole process of packing it at proof that the item is as written in my page.
Do not buy the items from this platform. So obvious that a lot of the sell items there are fake. I bought the item and want to return and get refund as it is a fake item. i sent the prove comparing the real and the fake item to the seller. at the end the seller accept the return but i have to pay the postage label to sent it back to the seller.
Got sold counterfeit items and despite providing 200 + photos detailing that they are clearly counterfeits, they still reply with "Insufficient Evidence". Their whole customer support must just be AI bots at this point. Absolute joke.
After being a member for at least 1 year, this is the situation:1. The platform doesn’t protect the sellers in case of buyers not paying2. The platform doesn’t protect the sellers in case of buyers receiving the purchased goods and pretending a return for random reasons, threatening a bad review, even if your description matches what you sell3. The platform doesn’t protect the sellers in case of buyers leave a fake negative review and you can prove with screenshots via chat that you sold everything correctly4. The marketplace is full of fake clothes and they are not taken down even if you report them5. The general behavior of buyers is to lowball non-sense offers even if you sell for extremely low prices new or like-new goodsIn general, this platform is all pro-buyers who can do whatever they want and it’s a modern Alibaba for fake goods. Just embarrassing
Vinted has some big IT issues, besides a horrible customer service giving automated message not helpful at all. Since 3 days I cannot log in and can’t connect my new phone number. The system seems really off… Besides when the app was working fine I got into some issues with 2 packages being exchanged by the pakke shop - I ended up losing money on Vinted and now I can’t even log in to get my money back… Terrible
Worst app ever. Everyone is selling fakes and pretending to be genuine. The app gives no support, practically letting the buyer to argue with the seller. If the seller decides to get the product back, you will loose the transport, which is bs. If you decide to pay 80kr for item verification, the app will win 80kr to confirm they sell fake products which is forbidde by their own rules. Trandsales was 100000x better
When you move countries you can not change your location, super unprofessional as literally every app is able to change your location.You need to deactive your account but then your email address and phone numbers are not able to be used for 3 months.So basically I need to get a new phone number and email address or wait 3 months to use the app. Also communication is terrible, standard relplies to specific questions, zero understanding and ability to help and find a solution
