I sold an item on Vinted that was lost by the courier. When reported to Vinted, they provided me with a warning that I needed to contact them within 48 hours with further information. The contact information they provided did not work and I was unable to contact them within this timeframe. The buyer had better luck and managed to communicate with Vinted during this time, and told them that I was unable to establish contact. Vinted ignored this and cancelled the order, refunded the buyer, and left me out in the cold without any form of compensation.I would not recommend Vinted to anyone.
The WORST service on any site on the internet. Do NOT sell your items here. They perma banned me for selling a 20+ year old Randall guitar combo like wtf how is that counterfeit item? They have a poorly coded robot that bans you when it pulls something out of its metallic behind. There are so many better alternatives go there instead.
