Frustrating service and False customer support

I am extremely disappointed with Vodien's services. The so-called "Customer Service," under the name Kristin M, Domain Specialist (which seems suspiciously automated or fake), is painfully slow and unhelpful. Instead of resolving issues efficiently, they send deliberately confusing emails, causing unnecessary delays. I noted however that after posting this review, Vodien reach out to help with the issue. And thus, I'd revise the review to 3 stars for the effort.
