Its just a plain Scam.Booked a flexible flight but when I had to modify something it was just impossible via thw website. I received a call from an english team and the proposed to me an additional 175 euro to modify the flight.The very same flight was sold by ryanair for 170!!Their overpriced services (cause you pay way more than other websites) are pure SCAM.Stay away from VOLAGRATIS, BRAVOFLY et simila.

Lost my money - Terrible service, unresponsive company

I am extremely dissapointed in your service. I purchased a flexible ticket from Bangkok to hanoi so I could change the date. And after 5 attempts on the system you keep telling me there is no available option. I ask you to change it for ANY other date in October but I get no response. Now my flight has been missed and I lost my money. Terrible service. I would like to speak to someone that can sort this out. I can’t believe your company is so unresponsive. Flight cancelled and no refund

I booked two tickets with Ryanair, Ryanair cancelled the flight and I'm still not getting any refund from Volagratis. The flight was cancelled in July and they are telling me to contact Ryanair. Awful experience and full scam

Wasted my time and my opportunity for a 3 percent discount

It took them almost 5 hours to tell me your ticket is not confirmed and now I don't have a ticket nor my money to book a ticket from another website. I feel scammed until I see the money returned to my account.
