INCAPACITA DI EMETTERE RICEVUTE

when rquested to send a receipt of payment for a flight travel of 300,46€ they sent me only an invoice for 53€ . When requested again they simly denied to send the document , asking that I requested to the airline.I paid 53 euro for their service and it seems to me that they are not doing ther service requested. I personally am forced to not trust them any more and so will not use anymore , sorry but the situation seems reallly bad for the customer

Terrible service. Never again.

I purchased a ticket back and forth from MXP to DCA. In my flight to get back I arrived at the check in where they told me that there was an E-ticket error and that my ticket was non-existent. After trying to call VolaGratis customer service more multiple times as Delta was not able to solve the problem as it was a VolaGratis issue I had to miss my two flights to go back to Milan. Terrible service as well as traumatic experience.

Overbooking

Overbooking, I ended up on an alternate flight the next day with an endless stopover. Very slow customer service. You don’t understand the refund procedure at all.

Baggage nightmare

We bought our EUROWINGS plane tickets on volagratis and in the travel documents was written clearly “luggage included 23 kg” (Bagaglio in stiva incluso, del peso di 23 kg) on both the departure and return flights, but when we arrived to the airport Eurowings told us since we are priority 2 the luggage is NOT included and to pay immediately 100 euro or they would not make us board the plane! There was no alternative for us than to pay additional 100 euro on top of the 678 euro we already payed for 2 return tickets to Düsseldorf. Other passengers were also in the same situation as ours. From our view, both EUROWINGS and volagratis are earning money by cheating their clients. Perhaps they should find another business.
