Zero process when it comes to customer service. My flight was cancelled by the airline 1 year ago, and Volagratis has done nothing to assist with a refund/credit/rebooking. I have called, emailed, given specific instructions issued by the airline, and have received no help from Volagratis throughout this process. Would never book through this site again.
I had to cancel my trip due to the passing of my mother in law. Gave them ample notice, and they did not grant any type of refund!! I will make sure to use another service for all my travel needs going forward. Good luck to all that decide to use this company.Ho dovuto cancellare il mio viaggio a causa del decesso di mia suocera. They dont even deserve one star at all!The worst ever travel agency i tried, cant believe that this company still exist!Peace of advise better to read reviews before purchasing any services from this crook company.I booked a flexible ticket and when i requested to modify the date of my flights thru their website, i have to wait for 7 days for aproval thru email yet i received non.No way to reach them thru call, chat agents kept repeating that the request has been scalated and they will get in touch soon but i still receive non.and now 24 hhrs before my flight i still receive no response until they reach out thru email to inform us that they have tried to call but as no response receive and as its less than 24hrs before the flight there is no pposibility to grant my modification request. I kept emailing them and asking for my right as their fault in the beginning for not taking acion or reaching me out in 7 days upn my request but they never response back anymore.This is theyre way for getting people money.
i booked a fly a month ago and now i am ready to take the fly and surprise they cancelled my fly with no announcement no email no text message i notice that just because i tryied to check in and i saw that my fly was cancelled...i basically lost my vacation thank you volagratis...ever never buy from this unuseful company...what the hell
Really bad! The custom care is totally unaware of the actual policy of flying companies! They tell to the customer to contact the flying companies to obtain a voucher while they (volagratis) have to do it. When confronted with the fact they have to do it they (volagratis) do not know what to do and say that they (volagratis) neet to be contacted first from the flying company. Bulls**t! Totally unprofessional! They have no clue how to help their customer! Stay away from such a scam, better to book tickerts yourself!
I booked my flight to the USA in September and I've been on the phone with their customer service team 20 times and sent multiple emails to coordinate and secure my flight. The end result? They cancelled my booking from Italy to the USA and sent me a refund just weeks before my departure date for the Holidays. Furthermore, they first said I requested the refund and then they said that Swiss had cancelled my booking. I called Swiss and they said they received a request from Volagratis for the reimbursement. My partner who bought his flight directly from the airline once the USA reopened their borders had no change in his booking. Their customer service cannot do anything and they can't pass you to a manager. In fact, it seems like they like arguing with customers and even seems they are trained to argue with customers. One time a customer service rep hung up with me while I demanded her to either help me or send me to a manager. I was promised a call back from a manager and after waiting for days, I instead received an automated email a few days later saying my reimbursement was in the final stages. Not only did they not offer me a sufficient amount to buy a flight at the prices today (a few weeks before Christmas AKA +1,300 euro), but 20 euro LESS than what I paid. I purposefully bought my flight in September to avoid paying thousands of euros for a flight, but looks like I will have to anyway... but rest assured it will not be through Volagratis. It's much more worth it to pay more directly from the airline, even if it's a couple hundred euro more, at least you know you'll be on the flight! Save yourself the stress... you'll end up paying the difference and more!
