BEWARE !!!!!

I signed up to walking yoga but due to unforeseen personnel circumstances never used the app. I regularly check my apple subscriptions but nothing was there so was surprised when a debit for £41 was taken. There is no notification on the original order of how much will be taken or when. I emailed the same day but was promptly told that I would not receive a refund. This company give NO warning of payments and use the excuse that it is in the initial sign up.Be very careful as even though you have never used the account they point blank refuse to refund subscriptions despite the fact that you have no reminders and they are HIDDEN from your apple subscriptions. Furthermore the company state 5 star reviews on Facebook but you are unable to add any negative reviews to warn others if their practice. Just as an added note - the help offered in their reply is basically tough we are going to do nothing.So just be warned if you do sign up they will not be at all helpful and will keep your money.

A total scam operation

A total scam operation. I had the exact same experience as Matt below- the subscription doesn’t show on my Apple subscriptions list but they fraudulently charged my credit card. Do not sign up or use a card you can cancel just after.

WARNING!!!!

It is very concerning to read so many negative reviews. My advice to everyone, contact your financial institution and file a dispute against this dishonest company. Once your bank sees all the negative reviews, they will assist with refunding your money, and will also stop future debits from your account. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Shameful business practice

I saw an advert for an app called Walking Yoga. I was intrigued and as they were selling a ‘1 Month Plan’ for £11.99 so I thought this would give me a good idea if I wanted to purchase a longer plan or not. I enjoyed the mindful music and the walking and thought it was an ok product but not something I would purchase again. At the end of the month and automatic payment of nearly £25 was taken as apparently in the purchase process I had agreed to a subscription. I immediately cancelled and asked for a refund but was refused.The subscription was not made clear in the initial process and there was no reminder or warning that the subscription was going to start.Although legal I feel that this practice is unethical and I warn anyone to avoid this company and their underhand business practices.Update: as you can see below I recieved the standard reply from WalkingYoga so I decided to discuss the matter further as per their offer. I e-mailed and as you would expect I am still waiting as they have completely ignored me.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS.

Subscription after a trial don't use this scamming company they will not refund and just take out in the UK £42 they want you to trial but then fleese for you for another subscription with no reminder a complete money laundering exploiting company

Like many other's no mention of subscription .Nothing in my Google Pay account for any subscription yet they charge for a month in advance that I did not sign up for .Immediately I asked for a refund to be told the policy was No Refunds ??They are Con Artists and know exackly what they are doing taking money without permission Please stay clear of this company

Awful Company

I wouldn't touch this company.Used the app once and realised it wasn't for me.A month later I am charged £24.47 for the following month, double the price of what I initially paid for the first month. Contacted them and asked for a refund but was informed I needed to contact them 48 hrs before the renewal date. It doesnt state anywhere on the app when your renewal date is so if you don't remember when you signed up your going to get charged for the second month.There is nowhere on the app where you can cancel the subscription, you need to email to cancel.When I contacted them through email iI had this response.'Regarding the renewal date, I understand it can be frustrating if this information is not easily visible in the app.' Then why not make it visible???Because they know exactly what they're doing.

I got a 3 month walking yoga app and…

I got a 3 month walking yoga app and was unable to use it due to medical issues,after 3 months I was charged a further£41.82 for the next 3 months.Nowhere in their email to me was there any mention of subscription so I was shocked to see the charge an if bank account.I contacted both them and paypal before the payment was processed and like others they cancelled my subscription (which I never signed up for!!)Today I have heard from them saying thst they cannot refund a payment after it has been processed,I pointed out to them that I requested it before it was processed snd have not received a response from them.I would advise anyone NOT to get this app as it does seem like a scam and there customer service is absolutely appalling.They do not respond to after telling you that they don't refund.

User Beware

User beware As in previous reviews this company has a blanket inflexible policy when it comes to refunds regardless if you have an unfortunate health issue which disables you from using the functions of the app.The customer service staff refused to use any discretion when responding to my query instead directed me to their non refund policy.
