I signed up for trail it wasn't for me

I signed up for trail it wasn't for me now discovered they have taken money from my account. They make it impossible to cancel tried for 2 days.

Hidden T&C's

There was no mention of the ongoing subscription nature of the product in the confirmation email - it simply said "1 month plan". I have now been charged for 2 more months @ £24.47 per month something I would never have agreed to if I had known about the ongoing nature of the subscription.Customer services were quick to cancel when I realised and emailed on 7th July but they refused to reimburse me for the 2 months I never agreed to. They hid behind Terms and Conditions which were not mentioned in the confirmation email. I am taking this up with Trading Standards as I feel this is very underhand and not consumer friendly. There was no reminder about the ongoing nature of the subscription either. So I have paid out almost £50 for something I haven't even used.My recommendation is to avoid this app - it's making money by hiding behind T&C's which are not visible in the email confirmation nor the app. Save your money and a lot of hassle!

I signed up for the 7 day plan and did…

I signed up for the 7 day plan and did not use it, my choice, but buyer beware I have since discovered they have deducted as well as the 7 day plan a full 3 months subscription and despite knowing I have never used it they are refusing a refund. They are basing this on buyer beware as it advises when buying the 7 day plan it will automatically deduct monthly subscriptions going forward!

Dreadful company I wouldn’t even give it one star …. I signed up for a 1 Month plan which my email stated they than took on the 1st of July a payment of £24.46 within minutes of them taking this I emailed them to say I did not wish to take out a subscription and would like my money refunded as the email stated I was only signed up to a one month plan as they could see from the email trail to cut a long story short after emails going back and forth for 4 days they will not return my money they have now cancelled the subscription but I can use the app until the 1st August …. Thanks for that as I’ve paid for it without them asking my permission…. I even screen shot some of the reviews on here and sent them those they are just a money grabbing company steer well clear is my advice

Dubious financial transactions

I paid for a 3 month subscription but didn’t find them to be useful at all. I had read the warnings about the company scamming people for renewals and so removed the renewals mandate from my Bank Account. In UK companies must inform people of the pending renewal and the costs. From the social media’s post they don’t do this and refuse refunds. That is fraud and if they don’t issue me a refund I will file a fraud claim with my bank, the Financial Ombudsman and the FSA. The workouts may appeal to some people but they were useless for me and I won’t have money stolen from my account for a service I don’t want and didn’t agree to.

Be careful

I downloaded my free trial of Walking Yoga. Today I have been charged £41.82 for the next three months. I contacted them to cancel which they have done but refused a refund due to their policy. I think that them not giving notification of upcoming payments is wrong the first.thing you know about.it is when they take the money.

Appalling is all I can say

Appalling is all I can say. Take money even though I cancelled. Rubbish app and rubbish company. Also said they would refund £10. They never did. Opened a case with PayPal and still no further forward. Be warned they take money without letting you know.

Unfair Billing experience

Tried the one-month plan for ₹700, and without any reminder or warning, an automatic debit of ₹2,659 was made from my credit card. What's worse — there’s no visible option in the app to cancel the subscription.Like other users mentioned, they do cancel when you write to them — but by then, the amount is already debited. No prior notification, no renewal reminder — just a silent auto-charge.It honestly feels like the app thrives on these unexpected payments. Not sure how this is even legal. Disappointing experienceEdited 4-Jul-2025: Despite multiple emails containing my Order No. and all necessary details, I have not received a response regarding my issue. It's concerning that in public website they prompt users for information to provide resolution, yet direct correspondence goes unaddressed. This lack of communication and apparent inaction leads one to believe that their practices are indeed unethical.

Subscription Policy

Please be really careful with their subscription policyI downloaded the app for a trial and used it only once as it wasn't for me. I checked on my app and the subscription online to make sure I don't get charged- nothing mentioned so i thought it was all good.Today I got charged $81.61(AUD) which is really expensive and I emailed them to request a refund, received a quick reply that they have cancelled the subscription but they won't do any refund. You should at least let your customers know either by email or as a reminder that they will be charged soon so that they can take their precaution!
