I signed up for an original trial period of £11.99 and subsequently was charged for £24.47 a month later without my knowing consent. Despite emailing the company to obtain a refund on the above grounds I am advised "...Please note that as per our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon purchase, unless a subscription is cancelled, it renews automatically". There is a complete lack of transparency within the terms and conditions that a renewal subscription would be charged. The company point blank refuses to refund me my money and I am escalating this further with PayPal and Trading Standards. It is the principle of this matter that is important, and that which I am pursuing.
I subscribed to this app for 3 months, used it for a month but didn’t keep up with it. Yesterday I realised I had been charged for another 3 months. Payment was pending so I emailed them to request a refund. I received a quick reply that they have cancelled the subscription but they won't do any refund as it was clearly stated in their T&Cs at sign up.Nowhere is there any information about subscription on the app. The fact I haven’t used the app for two months means I wasn’t actively looking Surely customers should be notified either by email or as a reminder that they will be charged soon so that they can cancel if needed. Where is the transparency? Very annoyed
I agree with 'Mariam', they are blatant daylight robbers...I too signed up for what I thought was a one off 'one month' at a cost of £11 and never actually used it as I thought it was rubbish. To find out I was then charged £24.47 twice in the following 2 months, I was furious to say the least!..They say they have now cancelled my 'subscription' but refused to refund the almost £50 they have robbed from me by stating it was in the initial set up which I strongly disagree with and but have no proof!
Like many other reviewers here, I signed up for a 3 month membership. The app just wasn’t for me, I didn’t use it beyond the 1st week & headed to the gym instead. A further payment for another 3 months was automatically deducted again without any further communication. I emailed to request immediate cancellation & request a refund. My refund request was very quickly rejected and again upon an escalation request. I appreciate that there are many responses from walking yoga app here to the many poor reviews to say they’re working to improve, I personally do not think this is the case. I only wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing this product. BEWARE I wouldn’t recommend the app or their policies.
Please be very careful when dealing with this company. Make sure the terms and conditions are read before agreeing to anything with this company.I downloaded the app for 3 months this was not for me, as I paid for it at the time I thought that would have been it. 3 Months later £42. was taken from my account. NO REMINDERNO EMAILJust took the money, I emailed the help team, a standard message came back really quickly, saying the subscription has been cancelled but no refunds are given.Please be very cautious when dealing with this company.
Downloaded app and wouldn't load despite all the suggested fixes. Despite emailing to advise I would like a refund due to app failing, like others i was referred to the Ts ans Cs. I then realised it was a subscription service. Cancelled subscription. Gut feeling is its a scam. Don't touch with a batch pole. Lesson learned.

I checked my credit card and £42, if I had read that money would automatically be taken out on the sign up page. I would have not downloaded it I emailed them to request a refund, received a quick reply that they have cancelled the subscription but they won't do any refund. I have bought a 3 month offer, did not enjoy the app at all, it’s very restrictive and when my 3 months were app, and I could see no cancellation button on the app , I thought this is end of this, but no, without a warning they have charged me for another 3 months and a full price which is just a waste of money! I have contacted customer service straight away , but they were so unhelpful & seems like this app is just all about taking money from people but not about the customer ! Only after this experience I have discovered many people unhappy with the app! PS: just very diplomatic response from the app , but not actually resolving my issue at all….contacting your email / help will not lead to getting my refund anyway …
