Review Time
Very disappointed with the name of the "subscription " I choose the one month plan thinking it would be just for one month. However I then seen the company took another much higher amount from my account. I wasn't really into it as it wasn't for me. I would not have paid for another month. Of course just told its in the small print. Be careful might might not be your thing and they would not reimburse me. Feeling frustrated 😠
Be very careful. I wanted to try it. I signed up for the free trial. Wasn’t for me. I went to my subscriptions on Apple and walking yoga was not there so thought perfect no charge after free trial. Fast forward and £25 taken from my account. To cancel the subscription you must email them. Can’t do it through Apple or their app. Customer service was very quick in responding and now cancelled. I think it’s a little wrong not to just put in the subscription part where most people look.
Having subscribed to a monthly plan, I thought I'd try out the eight minute 'Take the first step' meditation listed under 'Day 1 - Intro to walking yoga'. Having finished listening to a item on 'iPlayer', I tried to listen to the meditation clip but this resulted in a continuous failure to connect! In case I was in an internet 'black spot', I continued with my walk but after a further five minutes of nothing, I abandoned the exercise and went back to a podcast on the 'iPlayer' which connected without delay and was uninterrupted all the way home. This was one of the reasons I decided to terminate my subscription (the other is as described in another post to this thread listed above!).
Like so many before me... I purchased a 3 month trial at 14,49 euros. On the 23rd June they charged me 48,96 euros for the coming 3 months. I never, ever signed up for a subscription, nor was I aware that it was an ongoing commitment, otherwise I would have canceled from the moment go. Didn't like the app, deleted it from my phone, didn't even think about it, until it appeared on my CC expenses. Wrote them this morning, they wrote back within half an hour saying it was my own fault, I should have canceled, etc. NEVER SIGNED UP! Fraud. Shocking, hope they are pleased with their way of business and they will have loads of fun spending my 48 euros! Karma. And then those standard bs reactions like the one below - copy/paste shizzle. Dont even bother replying I'd say, as its rather ugly.
I bought a one month trial from these people a month ago so was quite stunned to see £24.47 taken from my card today without authorisation and without notification. They do not share their contact number so are difficult to get hold of. I am contacting my bank fraud department to try and resolve it.
Ad came up on YouTube / mobile for free plan and I clicked on it. Makes you fill out questionnaire that takes 5 or so minutes, asks for your email address and then sends you an email charging you for the cost. Not free. Wasted 5 minutes of questionnaire and now they're spamming me with emails & continuous deals that expire 15 minutes
