SCAM! I purchased an ONLY 3 MONTH plan with no intention of renewing. Immediately after purchasing I specifically checked everywhere (i.e., email, app) and there was NO mention of automatic renewal not even in the most obscure and small writing in emails or on the app. The purchase I made was in March. If they added warning about automatic renewal in the meantime I would not know but when I did the purchase there was no mention of this. If I pick to pay for a 3 month plan then I DO NOT WISH TO PAY FOR MORE. 3 months later and I get charged for another 3 months. Scammers

I purchased the 3 months subscription…

I purchased the 3 months subscription online erroneously as their selling advertisement are totally misleading and vague and as soon as I read and saw its content I knew it was not for me, I immediately in less then 20 minutes after subscription contacted their customer service for a refund and cancellation of my subscription, they refused to refund me and they said I will have access to the app till the end of my 3 months subscription and that they will not automatically charge me again after my subscription ends, however I lost access to my subscription within 30 min of subscribing and nobody is replying to my emails since this happened and they are not refunding me either! Please stay away from this VERY dodgy and unprofessional app/website, it is day light robbery, I have written 3 emails since which they have deliberately ignored in order to avoid reimbursing my money for a-service which I have been denied access to!!!! This is THEFT AND AGAINST UK CUSTOMER SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Beware if you need a refund

My security software flagged the website as being "low reputation", so I decided without ever opening the app or using anything from it to cancel within the 14 days cooling off period that, I understand, is required in the UK as a cooling off period for goods and services bought on line. They have refused point blank to refund my money, firstly saying that they were relying on their "No refund" clause which, I believe, is an unfair contract term so not applicable and then claiming that they cannot trace my cancellation although since 11th June we have had a number of email exchanges on the subject. My feeling is that this is a company to be very wary of financially.Update:A response was posted inviting me to get in touch with them. I did so including both my order number and copies of the exchanges between us. I received a n acknowledgement of my communication but have had nothing more.Now at18/07/25. After more prodding with auto replies, not from the address that they asked me to reply to, I eventually on 16/7 got a response saying "no change". I am totally unconvinced that if I took the matter to the Small Claims Court that they would win but have reached the point where my time is worth more than the principle. I guess that this is what they rely on. If this is an example of their business practices, I would avoid them

The instructions are unclear and they wouldn't refund me saying they have no refund policy - strange company, every company has a refund policy. So if you would like to try and see, then be prepared to lose your first subscription.Shouldn't be allowed...

Don’t sign up!!! It’s a scam!

I appear to be another customer who signed up for ‘a 7 day trial’ but have been charged for another month. They claim to have cancelled my ‘subscription’ that I didn’t sign up for but they ‘can’t’ refund the monthly amount they have taken. I wish I’d read trust pilot before. It’s a scam! I can see the reply below, it’s just for trust pilot to be shown that they are trying to help., I’ve been in touch with their support who keep saying their terms and conditions do not allow refunds!!

Fraudulent charges

Signed up for a trial like others on here - app was unreliable and deleted it after one day. 3 months later they’ve taken another payment of over £40 - I didn’t sign up to any contract or recurring payments. Have contact their ‘support’ team and basically told they won’t refund me. FRAUDULENT as others have said. *worth noting - the standard response that they put on trustpilot is disingenuous and there is no follow up or resolution

Be very careful as it is very difficult to cancel. Offers very little that cannot be obtained by a quick google search. Its an automatic renewal where you wont be able to cancelCaveat Emptor

Fraudulent company

I needed a gentle exercise program as had been unwell and thought walking combined with yoga would be ideal So on 16.4.25 I bought a month’s trial at £11.99 However I cancelled my subscription as I never managed to get started with the daily commitment due to general busyness On 16.5.25 I was charged £24.47 and when I queried this informed I hadn’t cancelled my subscription correctly and had to do so via their email address which I duly did Their reply stated my subscription had been cancelled and I would not have any further charges On 16.6.25 I was charged a further £24.47 When I contacted the company was informed no refund was available unless the product was faulty So I have now turned to PayPal in the hope that some of my money can be recovered As a result of my extremely stressful, worrying experience I read the reviews on Trustpilot which echo what happened to me Essentially you cannot unsubscribe from this company and they continue to take your money When you question their actions you get what on the surface appears a professional response which has a patronising undertone which I’m beginning to find quite sickening No doubt the response from Walking Yoga to my review here will be their standard letter saying contact us with your details etc etc …

Beware, they just keep taking payments!

I thought I was paying £11.99 for a one month, one off fee. A month later walking yoga took £24.99. I complained and was told that they wouldn’t refund but no more money would be taken. Yet again they’ve taken a third payment. Be wary of this company, I am contacting my credit card company and beginning legal proceedings against them. It’s impossible to cancel, they say it’s cancelled then continue to illegally take payments.
