Terrible app terrible company take…

Terrible app terrible company take money out of your bank without asking and won’t give it back. Not clear when you sign up for the free trail. Will never use the app as it’s not even good 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

NO UNSUBSCRIBE TOGGLE SO YOU GET CHARGED THE FOLLOWING MONTH

PLEASE BE AWARE ....when signing up for the trial period. Unfortunately I was not able to use the app much during the trial period. I did look on a few times with a view to cancelling the subscription, however each time i could not find unsubscribe. The full charge of £25 odd was taken from my bank for July fees. I emailed this company immediately outling the unsubscribe issues faced. Only to be told that under no circumstances was I getting a refund!!! There is no where on the app to unsubscribe and you have to email customer services to request this. In my opinion this is a big money maker for this company. And in this day and age is daylight robbery. Looking at the reviews, this is a regular occurrence. Their reply to this review will be apologetic but bog off we've got your money.

AVOID! They take additional payments after original purchase that are NOT mentioned in any emails or in the app and mislead you into a subscription that you cannot even opt out of without contacting them. SCAM!

Avoid money taker

Initially did as a trial and hadn’t mentioned automatic renewal so thought would give a go, but wasn’t for me I have since been hit with 2 payments in space of a week of 41.82 even though I contacted on 1st July to say money had been taken they came back with unfortunately they couldnt refund due to terms and conditions but to be assured it has now been cancelled and I could continue to use until oct but yesterday this same amount left my account again and after contacting continuously I am getting nowhere and same response over and over again which doesn’t explain why the second payment was taken and won’t give a cancellation number even though I’ve requested, just keep saying please be assured it is cancelled. This is not what it seems so please be aware before downloading as will keep taking your money

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They do not act in accordance with consumer protection laws such as the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumer Act 2024. If you have had a renewal and they are refusing to refund you please google this article (“A New Age for Subscription Contracts under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumer Act 2024”) and consider reporting this company to the CMA. This article explains how this Act creates new rights for consumers to protect them against “subscription traps”. There are now implied terms in contracts that you can cancel within 14 days of a renewal. If they fail to let you know of a renewal in advance of taking money then you have the right to cancel the contract at any time because they are in breach of contract. This company is set up to profiteer from subscription traps. The poor reviews below are a very accurate reflection of their customer service. Their response to these reviews asking people to reach out is purely marketing and completely insincere. I have emailed multiple times and they refuse any refund despite me pointing out their consumer protection duties and contractual obligations. They do not let you know you have a subscription and give no notice they are due to take payment. This is in breach of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act. I contacted them minutes after being notified they had taken payment and they have repeatedly refused any refund. This company needs to be reported for its underhand practices. The app is also not good and not worth a single penny. Do not use this app - it is not any good and moreover this is not a trustworthy company.

I signed up for an initial trial - it's fraud/scam

I signed up for an initial trial, and instead got charged for a 2nd period. The program is really quite useless. This is a fee gouging scam as they really want you to default on their very hidden T&Cs. Once you're charged, you're stuck with the plan. The 'help' support is embedded at settings on the app - lot's of talk - no direct solution. There is no refund even if you haven't used any of their resources during 1st period. They simply bill you like a robot.

I have been charged $72.43. I haven’t even heard of this company nor am I interested in yoga. The charge is dated July 2nd 2025 and today is July 1st? I emailed customer serviceSo I’m going for a quick reply and the return of my Money!!

Renewal policy disappointing!!!

Same as many of the others leaving one star reviews. I’ve recently had foot surgery so a couple of weeks ago i cancelled some of my fitness app subscriptions through Apple. Nothing showing for Walking Yoga so - no problem there. Or do I thought. I’ve just paid around £42 through PayPal! Considering walking yoga? Please note:1. YOU WILL NOT BE EMAILED A REMINDER (it’s not their policy).2. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.3. THIS DOES NOT SHOW UNDER YOUR APPLE SUBSCRIPTION.

Be careful what you are signing up for.

I signed up for the first month of the Walking Yoga Plan and was very disappointed. First of all you need a fairly quiet place to walk as you perform breathing exercises and practice yoga as you go. Difficult is you live in a town. No way to forward plan or practice the exercises beforehand unless you have time to watch the video first. I found the music repetitive and monotonous.I was enlisted for a second month without warning and £24.47 taken out of my account.I contacted the help/support desk when the amount was pending and they refused to stop the payment and I am now £24.47 down for something that I am not using.I would not recommend this app to anyone. I only signed up for one month. There is nothing clear when you join to say you must cancel the second month in advance.And this was the response from the message below. Why am I not surprised:Hello,Thank you for reaching out again and for sharing your concerns. I truly understand how disappointing this situation is, especially given your circumstances, and I’m sorry for any frustration this has caused.Your Walking Yoga subscription was canceled as soon as you requested, so you will not be charged again in the future. You will continue to have access to your plan until July 25, 2025, which is the end of your current paid period.Regarding your refund request, our policy states that payments are non-refundable once processed. This information is presented during the sign-up process and in our terms and conditions. I understand that you may not have noticed the automatic renewal, and I’m sorry for any confusion this caused. While I appreciate your situation and wish I could do more, I am unable to offer a refund, as we must follow the same policy for all users.If you have any other questions or need help with anything else, please let me know and I’ll do my best to assist.Best wishes,Nora Abot,Junior Support Specialist

Such frauds

Edit - They replied to my review, again without a resolution. I have already contacted their support team with the issue, and only when I didn't get a resolution did I post a review here. Appreciate the standard response, but there is no meaningful resolution to fix their mistake of misleading the customers. Sadly, I am not the only one with this experience.Such frauds. Watch out, they'll sneakily charge you with no notification of price hike. No clear way to opt out. They hide behind terms of refund policy. Do not admit their mistake. very unethical business.They just replied
