Scam beware!

I was duped into buying via an advert online that offered a 30 day trial at a discounted rate. Apparently, I had signed up to a rolling contract and all the information was, I am told, clear for me to see at check out. However, this was far from clear. I believed I was trialling one month only. I only found out that I would be charged at full price when I received a notification from PayPal advising me that I have paid almost £25 to this company with my consent. I am really annoyed to be caught out by a dishonest company. I raised a complaint and they refused to refund me this, citing policy. I did not receive any confirmation email telling me I have signed up to a rolling contract, with details about how to cancel any subscription, as most other reputable companies provide. So, a warning to anyone else not to fall into this and lose money that you did not consciously agree to pay. On a separate note, I am still on day 3 as every time I try to walk with the app, the connection is so poor,it cuts out.

Subscription renews, despite what you signed up for

Not what I expected it to be, quite useless for me. But I only purchased a one month plan, or so I thought. Turns out there are terms and conditions that stipulate it will renew unless I EMAIL. As others have said, no subscription info on the app, so no idea what I was charged for, and no way to cancel in the app. It’s supposedly cancelled now, so I hope not to be charged again.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I was sure I did not have auto renew on and they renewed it anyway. I contacted them the day they renewed it and was pretty much told tough and they copied the no refunds section to me.

Absolute scammers!

Same as others users, signed up for 1 week trial and been scammed by them taking another month's money! No warning just took the money! Surely they cant do this? Just hoping paypal can help me. Avoid at all costs. Just wish I'd read these reviews before I signed up!!

I signed for a fixed term trial! SCAM. BEWARE, AVOID

I signed for a fixed term trial only to find two monthly payments taken as apparently I had also agreed to an ongoing subscription . On contacting the company to ask for a refund or evidence of my commitment to a subscription I was told I had agreed on line, no refund would be considered and they’ve now cancelled . Very dissatisfied and the app is useless as well, complete and utter SCAM

I signed up for a 2 week trial of the Walking Yoga App at a cost of £6.99. To my knowledge, I clicked on nothing to accept continuing membership after my trial period. I very quickly realised the App was not for me and uninstalled it from my mobile phone. Then, to my surprise, I was charged £24.47 on the 3rd June! The item number stated that it was a "walking-yoga-initial-1-month_sub_trial_checkout-special" I have no idea how this happened and queried the payment with PayPal. They contacted Medical Score and the outcome was that the transaction had been processed correctly. So I have lost my £24.47 and have made sure to cancel the subscription that I had no knowledge of setting up! I am always very careful to be sure what I am signing up for, but obviously on this occasion I must have inadvertently made an error, so my message to others is - be doubly cautious when signing up for things!!

Predatory company

Predatory company, no billing information provided, no billing information in app or online website, no cancel button on app or website, continues taking payment and when you realise (as they haven’t provided any billing schedule or payment) they refuse to refund. Avoid at all costs or it will cost you.

Canceling is a trap for an extra payment!

Beware!! When you try to cancel, even though you only signed up for ONE thing, when you email to cancel, make sure you say you want to cancel ALL subscriptions.🙄🙄 All so that they can get that one last extra payment from you. So annoying and so mad.Such an unhappy customer.

Despite resolving my dispute via Paypal, they have failed to issue the agreed refund. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with to date with the most appalling customer service. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.* Update 07/07/25Following their request to send information I was met with the same regurgitated drivel previously spouted - I really didn’t think their customer service could get worse, it seems I was wrong and their reply to my review was I assume to make it look like they take their reputation seriously and want to help!
