The worst app! Do not download!!!!! Signed up for the trial, used it once as it’s boring and hard to navigate. To cancel your subscription you have to email them (which I did) with no reply then took money out of my account the following month. Over double what I paid for the trial. You have to email them and wait four days for a response. No reply as of yet and have asked for a refund but I’m not hopeful that I’ll get one. Avoid at all costs
I took out a trial, but I have cancelled the trial and deleted my account and the app, however I'm still being charged. I can't log back into the app to confirm that my subscription is cancelled as it doesn't recognise my email address.However, I'm still being charged €28.55/month.Be very careful about signing up to this app!Update: They have now cancelled my subscription - and also advised that even if you delete your account, your subscription remains active. They have refused to refund the payment taken two days ago. AVOID THIS IS A SCAM!!
I would not recommend this app. Purchased a 1 month trial which has come to an end however a further £24.47 has now been taken from my bank. No auto renewal was advised when I purchased the trial. Seems I am not the only customer to experience this. I sent an email and they will not provide a refund due to auto renewal even though this was not advised when purchasing the trial. Also you can’t cancel via the app. Very poor customer service.
This is a scam company. I saw this online via Facebook I believe. I am certain I cancelled out of the app so did not authorise any payments to them. They have taken a first payment of £11.99 and a 2nd of £24.47. I didn't notice until now as I have been away on vacation. I have emailed them and they have refused to refund the amounts despite the fact that I have NEVER downloaded nor signed into it. THIEVES comes to mind. Can you imagine how much they make from tricking people into accessing their app and even when you cancel out of it they still take money from you!!!!UPDATE: No you are not sorry and you in fact have lied. I have sent you a copy of your User application, prior to sign up. Please advise WHERE you state that the monies paid are non refundable and please provide the email that you have sent to me with the terms and conditions upon completion of that application. Both are required by law to satisy the Credit card company that you are an in fact abiding by the "Treating Customers Fairly" Principle.
SCAMMERS It is a complete waste of money. I paid £11.99 for what seems to be one month only. However £24.47 has just been taken without warning! The app seems to have disappeared off my phone and I cannot download now. Have emailed the company but am not holding out much hope. UPADTE: Had a response to the email I sent but they refuse to refund the £24.47
Scammers!!!! You pay for a one month trial. They don't pre warn you that you have to cancel it before the next month. So that way they charge you again. Don't use them!! If you message them you don't get a straight answer. Cancelled the payment on PayPal.
Absolutely unacceptable. This app charged me £24.47 without my consent. I only agreed to a one-week plan for £5.49 to try it out, and suddenly I’m billed for a full subscription I never opted into. There was no clear warning, no confirmation, and no obvious way to cancel or sign out.It feels deceptive and dishonest. I’m furious that money was taken from my account without my permission. Avoid this app unless you want to be charged unexpectedly and left chasing a refund.
A scam to get your money even after cancellation Disgusting way to run a business. Do not even enrol for the trial month at £11.99, as I did, then cancelled a week later as it wasnt what I was looking for. 3 weeks later they took £24.99 from my account! Paypal are sorting if for me, but just don't even bother with them.
