This is a con avoid at all costs. They advertise as a walking incentive app but it’s rubbish and then charge you £42 a month without warning. I managed cancel for the next month but the refused to refund even though I never actually used the app 🤬
The app is terrible. You can sign up for a 30 day trial but they keep charging you. You can request to cancel the subscription but they keep charging you. It would be best to avoid them and contact the Better Business BureauUpdate:Walking yoga replied to state they want to resolve, however I was told last month the subscription. Was canceled and I would not be charged. Now they are asking for statements??? This is app. SCAMMERS
This company are to be avoided please dont sign up. I signed for one month then the app was no longer accessible as it said I had no account yet they kept taking my payments and I could not cancel. They won’t refund for the money they have taken. Please please do not make the mistake of falling for the scam. They are an unethical company and should be avoided
I would score zero if I could! Avoid at all costs. This app is a scam. The content is poor & impractical & the renewal process is a total scam. Underhand auto renewal with no warning when you purchase a package with a time limit. No warning, no contact, just take the money from you, tell you it’s in the T&Cs & you cannot have a refund! I have reported them to Apple & screen saved the pages of reviews saying they are a scam to try & resolve the issue. This practice needs to be stopped Your reply tells me to contact you which I have done many times & you refuse to help me
I signed up for thr free subscription, I saw the ad on Facebook yet no way to cancel afterwards. I've been charged £24 and asked for a refund. Despite my earlier emails requesting the subcription be cancelled. Feels like a scam. If I don't hear back I'll raise a dispute with my bank and under visa and mastercard debit payments I'll get my money back after 14 days.
Don’t sign up to this App unless you are going to use it fully, if you think you are just signing for a fee trial, you are not. You will be charged at the end of the trial period with no warning that payment is due. When contacting customer support, there is no empathy, just hiding behind terms and conditions and the fact an electronic product has been delivered without problem. Bearing in mind they control that electronic product it’s not free and not for life! Couldn’t even answer my question to how they’d obtained my money, as I have no record through Apple Pay or PayPal. Steer clear there are better, more honest apps/companies out there!!

Shockingly, the subscription doesn’t appear in Apple Subscriptions, and there is no way to cancel it through the app or website.When I contacted support, I was met with copy-pasted responses and a refusal to issue a refund — despite zero usage and my clear intent to cancel. Their "no refund" policy completely ignores the fact that users are being trapped in subscriptions they can’t manage or stop.This feels deliberately misleading, and I’m now reporting the charge to my bank and Apple. I’ll also be sharing this experience across social media to prevent others from falling into the same trap.Avoid this app at all costs — their practices are unfair, opaque, and in my opinion, unethical.In their response, they’ll likely express regret and suggest contacting their customer service team — giving the impression they care about resolving issues. However, please be aware that this is typically unhelpful and met with copy-and-paste replies and blanket refusals - they are here for your money, not you!
Seems like I've been caught in the same subscription scam, signed up for a short trial and now I'm in a subscription. There was 0 indication of the pricing after the initial trial! The craziest part is there is NO WAY to cancel your subscription in app at all. You have to contact support which is a HUGE red flag. Actually there isn't even an indication on the app that you are in a recurring plan at all!! Stick clear
2) Walking Yoga Team replied to my review below. I did as they asked sending the requested info to the email address given. Guess what? I got the exact same response that they do not refund money that they took out of my account without warning.1) Original post: Walking Yoga will automatically charge you for a second month without any warning. They do not send an email indicating that they are about to charge you. You will pay double the price of the month's trial. They will NOT refund this charge. I found the Walking Yoga app very disappointing. I was glad I had only signed up for a trial period but got charged for a second month. I used PayPal so be careful. Their customer care seems to be run by AI.
