Scam all over, signed up for a 1 month plan, it was rubbish but i thought no probs i just wont purchase again, then with no warning the took £24 out of my account. When i contacted them they said it was in the checkout that it was a subscription (not clear to me) its quite a sophisticated scam really, i have reported them to my bank as i see many other people have, STEER CLEAR, customer care is pants
Pricing policy is not clear. Subscribed to a month but it wasn’t for me. Checked the App Store and wasn’t a recurring subscription so didn’t have to do anything but then another £25 came out of my account. Emailed for a refund and this was refused but no further payments. Not happy so avoid high charges… I did get a very polite reply but not my money back….. Regarding your refund request, according to our policy, payments are non-refundable once processed. The subscription terms, including the automatic renewal after the trial period, were presented during the initial checkout process.
Beware when signing up for a month's TrialThey automatically renew your subscription for the full monthly amount without any notification. If it's not for you notify them as soon as possible. Although I cancelled my subscription they willnot refund me because I told them the day my Trial runs out unfortunately I wasn't aware they can automatically take payment for the next month without advising you
Be careful when signing up for a trial membership with Walking Yoga. According to the terms, the trial should end automatically after one month. However, I was surprised to find that additional charges were made to my account for a full membership, without my consent.I have already contacted Walking Yoga directly bij e-mail when I noticed and requested a full refund of the unauthorised charges, along with confirmation that no further payments will be taken.I trust they will handle this matter properly and promptly. In the meantime, I want to advise others to double-check that everything proceeds as advertised.
I like many others on the reviews had the free trial and then ended up with money been taken out of my bank with no notice and I didn’t want the subscription, I emailed the walking yoga customer services and Was told that their terms and conditions were clearly stated before the check out , and also that I would have received an email, 1 I didn’t see anything stating about a subscription, and 2 I never received the email they stated , I have told them this and they have basically repeated about terms and conditions, and the email , they are adamant they are not giving me a refund, even though I never consented to a subscription, it is not clear when you have the free trial and I feel it many have been scammed by this they are then making money from people , STAY WELL CLEAR , if you just want give your money away for nothing
Walking Yoga are not to be trusted, they pull you in by saying they are given you a discounted price which you can pay for one month. Or pay for more months which ever suits your needs. What they don't tell you is that it is recurring payments. When tasked about it, they say it is in the T&C, but it is embedded in the very small print and you have already clicked to pay for one month. The recurring payments are much more as well. When you ask for a refund they tell you "no refunds given". I spoke to my bank and they have now stopped any recurring payments from my account. I wish had read the reviews about this company, as it is something that they continue to do. If anyone sees their advert do not fall for it, unless you want to continue throwing your money away to an American company. Some of the reviews give 5 Stars. Right Mmmm
This is a con, I tried the one month trial option a kne off payment. But apparently some where, I couldn't see it. It signs you up for monthly subscriptions, when you make a complaint they fob you off with it was in thea terms and conditions. Stay clear ,I had contacted Walking Yoga several times and fobbed off so font answer my review with please contact us, you are not interested if people are conned into a monthly subscription . If you read reviews it happens over and over to different people, As I said at the start CON!
The App is rubbish!Cancelled Subscription within the free trial time.Sent many emails to CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION!Same generic regurgitated reply to my complaint.Raised a DISPUTE with the credit card.Shame I didn't check these reviews before coming into contact with this bunch of scammers!Just the sort of BAD ZEN you will experience for embarking on this yoga App!
Paid £11.99 for a months trial. A month later they took £24.24 from my account. No notification that they were going to do this. No refund as ‘it’s in the small print’!Scammers. Avoid at all costs, as ultimately it will cost you and boost their bank account.
If I could give 0 I would.I received a reply to my original review asking me to contact them via email which I have done.I have received the same regurgitated reply from the same person who replied to my initial complaint.Please don't insult me by saying you'll take my concerns seriously and want to resolve as quickly as possible and then allow a Junior Support Analyst to tell me she won't refund the money you took without my consent.How is that taking a concern seriously and resolving?I'm absolutely disgusted with your company's action and complete lack of empathy.
