Very disappointed with this company. Signed up for a trial and used it day one. I was then kicked off the app and not been able to log in since. Today they took over £40 through PayPal with no notification, for a further three month period. They won't refund so I have contacted PayPal to see if they can reverse the transaction.I didn't even get a chance to see if the app was any good!!
Beware of fraud!Bought a plan with a one off payment. Got a alert message from my bank that another payment has been attempted to be made. Be wary as thats not the terms I signed to and there's no where to delete or change your payment methods nor see your subscription type. Very dodgy!
SCAMMERS and THIEVESThe only thing you will lose here is your money and mind.. Even though I had cancelled the subscription and pre-warned my bank I have just had my bank contact me to say that they have AGAIN tried to steal money from my bank.PLEASE BE WARNED STEER CLEER
This app is an absolute scam. I downloaded it, paid the small introductory fee, and quickly realised it was a complete waste of time. I cancelled immediately and made it clear I did not want to continue. Despite that, £24 was taken from my account.To make matters worse, there is no way to contact the company. No support, no refund option, no email, no customer service – just a wall of silence once they have your money.This is blatant fraud. It is a dishonest, manipulative cash-grab dressed up as a wellness app. They trap you, ignore cancellation, and make it impossible to get your money back.Avoid at all costs. This is one of the most unethical, underhanded, and deceitful apps I have ever come across. It needs to be reported and removed from the app store.Do not fall for it – they are running a con.
It's more like I listened to YouTube Yoga meditations music which no need to pay for it. It also randomly stopped and need to restart.When purchasing the app, it is presented as if it is a one-time purchase, but then they charge your card next month without any warning. Not very useful, hard to get rid of itUpdate: I emailed the support, no help, they refused to give me refund for the 2nd month charged my credit card, first I paid $20.49 for so called 1-month plan, 2nd they sneakily changed me $41.82. The way they do business is total scam.
The actual app wasn't too bad but a bit repetitive I thought. I signed up for a month's trial. I stopped doing it every day as I was getting a bit bored and thought I'd just dip in and out when I fancied. However one month on and I got charged for another month at about double the price of the introduction month. I tried to contest this saying that I wanted to cancel as I had no intention of doing or paying for another month but was told that although they'd cancelled I'd still have to forfeit the payment but I could access the app until 12th July. Not that I actually wanted to continue but I found I couldn't access the app at all without signing up again...so basically paid for nothing. Although they stated I could this is in fact a lie and just a way of getting extra money from you. Don't recommend this app. Customer service is appalling.Better to go on YouTube and get a few free ideas from there and adapt them to your own needs.
Be careful, because the application does not show the date of registration anywhere. This is especially important if you want to cancel the subscription. I was sure I didn't have an automatic renewal because the first order only showed the purchased one-month plan. No word on further renewal. The rules are not clear. There is no warning about the subscription being continued.
