The bag itself holds my FX30 as well as some lenes, a mic, a tripod, and a bottle of water no problem. Feels great strapped safely across my chest.Sent a request to have mine repaired and support was in contact with me within minutes, unheard of.Great people to deal with, solid product - can't ask for more.
My first PRVKE31 was used constantly for years for photography, hiking, camping, grocery runs, you name it. The bag held up in transit, in all kinds of weather, during intensive use during wedding photography and remote work. The accessory waist straps are perfect for heavier payloads but the normal shoulder straps really suffice for 75% of my needs as they are wide, padded and easily adjustable. The side access camera zip and travel document sleeve are a huge bonus, as is the ability to remove the dslr cube, fold down the internal partition and load the bag from the top and stuff 3 half gallons of milk and produce into it for transit by bike, or even the occasional 300mm sports lens that stands vertically but still allows the top access to be folded down and secured. Sadly my laptop sleeve zippers gave out and failed during a recent photo shoot, and the bag could no longer safely be open/ closed or stay closed as a “clam shell”, as the zipper gives way exposing the internal gear and is not safe in public areas. It took exactly one email, one confirmation of coverage under warranty and two weeks later my new PRVKE31 is at my doorstep. Some may remove a star for gear failure but I kept that fifth star for their follow up and speedy action taken. I look forward to another several years (or more) of use!
I love Wandrd products, have always bought from them.But I found out that in the last few days the refund policy has changed.The cost of shipping to return the product is my responsibility.Only in the United States the shipping cost is reduced while for shipments to Europe the shipping cost is totally borne by the buyer, which means that it is no longer convenient to buy from them, given that the shipping cost from an European country to an other European country is really high.I wanted to return the Prvke Lite backpack because "Did not meet expectations, Does not match description" (I have other backpacks from Wandrd and they meet the descriptions perfectly, in this case the Prvke Lite does not) and I saw that shipping for the warehouse in Holland from Italy need around 40/45 Euros when the backpack costs only 181 Euros (purchased during Black Friday) so in the end it is not very worthwhile to return the backpack.I'm considering keeping the backpack anyway (or returning it). But that means I will never buy from them again.I'm sorry, Wandrd, you've lost my trust.
After my initial purchase, I already was amazed by the quality and look-and-feel of the product. After 3,5 years, the outer zipper fell of one side of the zipper rail. I directly got a voucher to order a brand new bag. Amazing product and great customer service! Lifetime warranty really means something for WANDRD
Small businesses - look to WANDRD for how to operate. I had to have my 31L PRVKE bag replaced after an issue with the zippers, and customer service was wonderful, being kind, transparent, and extremely fast.If I ever considered buying a new camera bag from another brand, this has secured my thinking to always look to WANDRD's products first.
I bought my Wandrd prvke 31L bag 4 years ago.After long and loyal service and regular use, the zipper on the back opening broke.I made a complaint and within a day received a voucher to order a brand new bag.Their lifetime warranty is for real. Their customer service is amazingly efficient.This is my best purchase in a long time.
These guys are the real deal. No product is perfect, but when the stitching on my PRVKE split after years of constant globetrotting Wandrd agreed to replace it immediately. Can't fault them for one second. For anyone else obsessed with finding that 'bag-for-life' company, look no further.
