I got the original WANDRD PRVKE 21L bag in 2019 and it has been an essential tool for me as a photographer. In 2021 i also got a PRVKE 11L for everyday use and i can't imagine my life without these backpacks. Unfortunately my original PRVKE 21L bag, developed some issues with the quick side access zipper and the weatherproofing material around the main zipper on the back. I contacted the customer service and within a few hours they reviewed and honored my warranty claim and now i will be getting the all-new PRVKE 21L which i know has been improved over the original version and i couldn't be more happier! They already had my heart with their cool products but after experiencing their amazing customer service, they definitely won me as a customer for life. I plan to become a cool granny rocking my WANDRD bags and now i know their lifetime warranty has my back!
I have had a 21 L prvke black camera backpack for five years and I love it - it's been with me through a lot. I could not recommend WANDRD more. Also, their lifetime warranty is actually lifetime which I am super grateful and appreciative for since my bag had a problem with the zipper and they are sending me a new one. You won't be disappointed.

I bought the PRVKE backpack with the photography bundle. It is the perfect size for me. It works well weather you are just going to the office or catching a plane. I love this bag! And I get complimented for its good looks all the time. To add to the praises for this bag, I was super amazed by the customer service. I have never had service like this. Bag developed a problem with one of the seams. I contacted them by email and within 24h they had already issued me a new one under the warranty. I am never buying a bag from another company again!
I ordered this while traveling and because of their slow fulfillment was unable to receive it. They refused to cancel the order even before it shipped, refused to assist in having the item shipped back to them, and accused me of fraud when I disputed the charges.Truly terrible customer service. Amateurs.
Couldn’t have had an easier experience with the warranty on my Rogue Sling. I unfortunately had an issue with my strap on the sling and contacted Wandrd, went through their returns process and got a replacement bag sent out insanely quickly!
