Original PRVKE 21LFirst up, this is a fantastic bag. I use it every day as I motorcycle in to work. I bought it in January 2020 and I have to say it still looks great.It stands up against all weather and is super comfortable to wear regardless of how much I stuff it. But the real stand out is the company & their customer service. Last week the main zipper failed. Again this is after daily use for 3 years in all weathers. These things can happen and the company immediately sent me a brand new replacement, the new upgraded PRVKE, with no quibble.I see a lot of these 'life time warranty' comments on various brand websites and always assume they will nickle and dime their way out of it. Not Wandrd...
As a professional photographer, it was already my favorite backpack, but after being in touch with their customer attention to ask for the guarantee, they have resolved everything in less than two hours. I have certainly become a Wandrd fan forever, such a pleasure having this trust in a brand, everything I can I will buy from them without a doubt!
What a fantastic company to deal with. I enquired about information regarding one of their camera bags and got a detailed description that was brilliant.I had to leave feedback about the way they dealt with my question and a couple of weeks later I was picked out by random to win a $50 gift towards a purchase from their website. I have ordered the bag i enquired about and I am looking forward to using it on my filming adventures. Exceptional gear and customer support !I purchased my first Prvke backpack in 2018. After one year of daily usage unfortunately it was stolen so i purchased a second one right away. I've been using it for 5 years everyday and it still holds up very very well, except that recently i had my third zipper broke on me and i thought ok, its about the right time to contact customer support to see if i have any options to fix it. I wrote them (filled the form on their website) yesterday, and it took only 6 hours for them to send me a giftcard for all new Prvke backpack free of charge! thats rad indeed! :) you made my day WANDRD.
I've just reached my one year anniversary of my 31L all-new Privke bag, and out of nowhere, the strap ripped on my most recent trip. This bag has been my go-to for travel with my family and I was super bummed as everything else about it is perfect. Sent a warranty claim to see and had a resolution from WANDRD within about 2 hours of sending - amazingly quick, and positive response from the team. THANK YOU!
I purchased their original PRVKE bag way back in 2018 and used it extensively for travel, work, hiking, skiing, etc. Last week the outer zipper came apart while in an airport, and it would have taken some doing to repair. I remembered their warranty, filled out the form, and within a few hours I had a newer PRVKE bag ordered at no cost to me except shipping.
