This company should not be allowed to review educational background

This company should not be allowed to continue. They are non-repsonsive to emails and calls. They do not update the information you send even though the documents show as uploaded, the company says the documents are not received. Electronic submissions should show as at least received even if they are not reviewed. This happens even when the institution uses WES's requested platform for electronic submission. Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely Disappointing and Unhelpful Experience

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with WES has been beyond frustrating. They received my documents and yet took no action for months, despite my repeated calls and multiple tickets submitted through their website. Each time I contacted them, I was told to “create a new ticket,” which only generated another automated reply saying they were busy and processing times were longer than usual. After 180 days of complete inaction, my case expired, and I was forced to pay again to have my documents evaluated. Throughout this process, WES never properly addressed any of my questions via email. Every interaction felt robotic and dismissive, without any genuine effort to resolve my issue.I sincerely wish I had applied through another organization. This has been a costly and disappointing experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

I would give 0 starts if I could

My academic transcripts were sent by my college and received by them in virtue of the alleged Digital Partnership that they have with my college.Later, their system marked them as not received. Later on it marked them as Received, but cannot verify the sender. In my multiple tickets, and about 10 calls to a customer service where people don't know in which planet they're on, I asked them if they could fix this.If they have a digital partnership with my college it's their responsibility to ensure that that channel of communication works. It was my responsibility to have the transcripts sent and I did. I have no power over the communications between WES and my college so how am I supposed to fixt the issue, as they moronically suggested during one of those calls. The only thing my college can do is to just send the transcripts again, but if the line of communication is corrupted or has been interrupted WES is responsible for taking care of the issue. I submitted so many tickets with them and they were all ignored, it's been almost 6 months. Now my account became inactive because of their delays and they want $54 to re-activate it...This is ridiculous. Because of the disservice I couldn't take the exam I was supposed to, and now I missed another window so I'll be delayed 6 more months. In the meanwhile, every time I call I get redirected to a foreign customer service desk where they can barely understand what I'm saying, let alone solving the problem. I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor, since the representatives keep repeating me the same things in parrot like fashion, and they keep telling me to call later because the supervisor isn't available now...yeah right.I have spent hours attempting to resolve this, which is a significant waste of my time and resources, and the issue is still far from being resolved. The handling of this matter on their part was grossly unprofessional, unacceptable and outright inept.

Lies Lies Lies and more Lies

Lies Lies Lies and more Lies. Completely shocking. I have never dealt with a more incompetent and useless organisation. Do not give these people your money they are a fraudulent and disagraceful outfit. More concerned with receiving new customers than helping their current ones. Wasted weeks on hold and being told nonsense and fabricated BS from multiple representatives. It's always "we appreciate how frustrating this is for you, we are doing everything we can." What a load of crock. I have had documents lost, a multitude of false information and now I have been locked out of my account. Even though my email and DOB provided is correct. This organisation is corrupt and I am flabbergasted as to how they are still in operation. WES needs a thorough investigation, a poorly run disorganised and quite frankly clueless outfit. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this company. How on earth Pathways to Teach Canada continue to opt to partner with this company is quite truly baffling.

Their service is as slow as it gets

Their service is as slow as it gets. People are trying to catch deadlines, otherwise they wouldn’t have had to take WES services. But they take a lot more time than promised, amd their serives is slow as hell. If you have other options, don't go for WES.

Worst customer service on the planet!

By far the worst customer service on the internet. No skills, knowledge or customer service at all.The process once they take your money are appalling, ineffective, slow, and executed with an embarrassing level of incompetence.Worse still, they refuse to engage with customers to try and resolve problems and make assumptions about issues thay have no skill level to decipher, and write to customers from a Do Not Reply emial, delaying an form of communication and making it almost impossible to resolve issues by correcting their errors. Instead you are forced to use an online chat with a customer service rep with poor command of the English Lagage, no access to the files they are trying to support with, and who refuses point blank to escalate to a supervisor or manager who can resolve the issue.A terrible service that survives simply because of the bureacratic obligation imposed on foreign students by developed countries.

Very Disappointed – Refund Still Not Received After 3 Weeks

If I could leave a negative rating, I would. I submitted my application on October 3 and canceled it the same day. I was told via email that my refund would be processed, but it’s now been three weeks and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I reach out to ask for an update, I get the same automated response. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I’ve already filed a dispute with my bank as a result.

Wes has the worst service

Wes has the worst service. I've been waiting for my daughter's documents for three months now. They never provide any information. They claim they've already sent them, but they don't have a tracking number. Truly disgusting service.I just hope the documents don't get lost.

Just an overall very bad experience.

Just an overall very bad experience. The customer service they offer do not help, they do not offer a refund so once you pay them you are very much locked in with them and they will delay your application.
