I canceled my evaluation application…

I canceled my evaluation application because they were too slow and requested for a refund. They have not refunded me after more than a month since I requested for the refund. They kept sending the same message to give them time for a refund. So unprofessional

Lack of professionalism/ Incomplete Report

I requested and paid WES to submit a report on my credentials to an institution in the State of Arizona. Their report was incomplete; they only sent two of a total of three credentials. I have attempted to contact a manager or supervisor at WES for a response on the matter. So far, they have not responded. Their lack of interest and professionalism is surprising and disappointing. They have charged me a significant amount of money but have not produced the report, nor have they contacted me for an explanation or to resolve my situation.

100% SCAM

Please read their reviews on other platform before you decide to choose them. They will never respond to your requests and your money is gone. I came accross a facebook group where they are planing to sue the company for running a scam and teh CEO pay is more than a million usd per year which sounds very fishy for a company calling themseves non-profit. here is the link to the group "The World Education Service (WES) Scam" . Please please try your best to go with other agencies before you choose them

Significant delays

Significant delays, lack of communication, and refusal to release completed credential evaluation despite verified documentation.Complaint Details:My wife and I are clients of World Education Services (WES), and we have been experiencing serious issues with the quality, responsiveness, and clarity of the service. Our case has been delayed for several months without resolution, and WES has repeatedly failed to provide consistent or actionable information. We submitted an application requesting the evaluation of two credentials: a bachelor’s degree and an MBA. The bachelor’s degree has already been fully accepted and verified. However, WES is refusing to release any part of the report because the MBA section remains incomplete. The MBA evaluation is pending because WES claims that it cannot validate the email domain used by the person submitting documents on behalf of the institution. We have clarified multiple times that Saint Paul Business School in Brazil—where my wife completed her MBA—was acquired by the EXAME Group. Consequently, all institutional staff emails now use the @exame.com.br domain. This information is publicly verifiable on the school’s website, which displays the EXAME logo prominently. Despite repeatedly providing this explanation, WES continues to reject the verification unnecessarily. This situation has become extremely stressful for our family. We recently had a newborn, and instead of being able to focus on our baby, my wife has spent weeks trying to obtain updates—without success. We have multiple open support tickets that remain unanswered or receive generic responses that do not address the issue. Most importantly, WES is refusing to release the verified bachelor’s evaluation, even though it is complete and independent of the MBA credential. This refusal has caused us to miss two rounds of the Canadian Express Entry immigration process, resulting in significant emotional and practical consequences.

I can't believe why this institute is slow and inefficient. I have given more than 10 times phone calls to work get done. It took more than 2 weeks to entre to their system the document received to it's mail department. I am almost loose my job because of their delay. Guys try to find another institute instead .

Extremely slow and unhelpful

Extremely slow and unhelpful. I spoke to their CS twice - they offered no solutions to my issues, zero empathy, and interest in helping me resolve the issue caused by their bureaucratic process.

Unreliable

There's a support team on the backend of WES that is doing below the bare minimum. Formal complaints are not taken seriously, promises are not kept, it feels chaotic and like a complete anarchy within WES. I would reconsider if you're on the brink of using WES' services.

I have not seen that terrible service…

I have not seen that terrible service in my entire life!!! I have submitted my order in 17th December 2024. They have not received the documents my university sent via email several time, so I eventually sent a hardcopy of my transcript. I contacted their representatives several times and only got a auto written email saying that the evaluation is in process. It is a week from my estimated completion date of course by course evaluation. I emailed them, wrote in their Facebook page, and received no clarity why it takes soooo long that expected. Because of WES, I had been moved to Round 3 although I applied on time for Round 2 in most of my applications. Now I have only 2 days until I miss my dream university deadline.

WES conducted two evaluations using…

WES conducted two evaluations using different grading scales and took a month to deliver them. I don’t understand how some universities in the U.S., being the most developed country in the world, accept this organization. Their lack of seriousness and professionalism is evident. I do not recommend getting evaluations from them, as they only make you waste time and money.
