One star is generous. I submitted my documents in December for evaluation and did not receive any updates on my file status. I was awaiting WES to complete the evaluation and send the documents to the universities I applied to. Unfortunately, the documents were not delivered in time, and I was denied admission.
This service is incredibly unreliable, lacking any standard processing timeline. I have been waiting for four months now. The customer support experience was the worst I've encountered; even an automated response would have been more logical. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs! I will not use them again!
I was forced to use this service due to lack of alternatives. I was charged twice, and my report never came—no one followed up with me. My package was sent back and not delivered. I reached out to them and was promised they would investigate, but I never received any updates after that. Ultimately, I ended up paying twice just to try again. I'm hoping this time it actually gets delivered. The entire process has been frustrating, and they also fail to send the necessary documents. This has been a terrible experience. I wouldn't rate it one star—I'd give it zero if possible.
The service completely derailed an entire academic year for me and demonstrated zero accountability. I submitted my application in good faith, paid all required fees, and uploaded documentation for four degrees. When one institution was unable to provide documents in time, I promptly contacted them and explicitly requested that degree be removed so the rest of my evaluation could proceed. This was a straightforward administrative request. They failed to act on it. Due to their inaction and delays, my evaluation was not completed in time. As a direct result, all three universities I applied to closed their application windows. I lost an entire year of applications, all the university application fees, and the service fees themselves. I gained absolutely no benefit from the service I paid for. What makes this situation worse is the total lack of response. Repeated emails were either ignored or met with generic acknowledgements stating the issue was forwarded internally, with no follow-up, no resolution, and no timeline. When the damage was already done, they hid behind rigid policies instead of acknowledging that their failure to amend my submission caused the outcome. This was not a missed deadline on my part. This was not incomplete documentation. This was a clear service failure that had serious academic and financial consequences. Losing a full year of career progression because an organization cannot process a straightforward request or even respond to formal complaints is unacceptable. If you are considering using this service, understand that delays are not just inconvenient. They can cost you admissions, money, and an entire year of your life, with no recourse when things go wrong. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting them with something this important.
Extremely disappointing service. I submitted my ECA evaluation application on November 9th through the service provider. They forwarded the verified reports to the relevant party on November 14th. However, there has been no update in my account, and it still states 'we are waiting for your documents'. I have tried to resolve this issue multiple times with no success. I urgently need my credentials for immigration purposes. It's been a month since my application, and I don't understand why my account hasn't been updated or reviewed despite the documents being received. This situation is incredibly frustrating. When I contact customer support, they always respond with the same line about forwarding my concern to the appropriate department, but nothing changes. I would advise against trusting them. If these complaints continue, I believe legal action should be considered against this service for their inadequate service and wasted funds.
Very bad service. I applied for ECA evaluation on Nov 9th through nsdc. Nsdc has submitted the verified reports to wes on Nov 14th. But still there is no update in my wes account and it's showing 'we are waiting for your documents'. I tried to address this issue several times but still no use. I need my credentials urgently for PR purposes. I have done my application a month ago and why my account is not updated or not reviewed although wes received my documents from institution? This is really frustrating. When contacting the customer service, they always say the same dialogue "we will forward your concern to the relevant department for further assistance". This doesn't change anything. Don't trust them. I would say if the complaints go on like this, legal actions should be taken to sue this company due to poor service and money wastage.
Bad services, I submitted my documents in July, it’s December and I have still not received any meaningful response after them saying it has been received, the customer service has no clue how things are run there, and they keep sending me mails about updates on my portal, but nothing changes there, I’ve already missed some opportunities and I really wish I had paid a different organization….i really regret choosing WES
WES Ref# 7179368: WES said that the estimated date for submitting my evaluation report to SOPHAS was 2 December 2025. I missed my 1 December 2025 deadline for My PhD application. Customer service is very poor, we talk to AI, phones are answered casually & with false assurances. My University had extended a 2 week grace period which ends this Friday. Honestly its very frustrating. I don't know why SOPHAS recommend WES because it is very slow in processing qualifications. WES should improve on the following: minding customers' application deadlines, general customer care, & value for money customers pay WES!
