Customer service advisors don’t know they exist. My experience with WES has been nothing short of infuriating.I submitted two evaluations, one for my Bachelor’s and one for my Master’s. Despite providing official proof that my Master’s is fully recognized by the French government (RNCP listing, official decree, etc.), WES still classified it as a “non-recognized institution,” blocking my Express Entry eligibility.But the worst part wasn’t even the incorrect evaluation, it was the service.I called WES three times: • Two out of three agents openly admitted they had no idea what was happening with my case. • When I asked if WES had a complaint or escalation process, I was told such a process doesn’t exist, the only option is to “wait.” • Emails were ignored for over three weeks, and when WES finally replied, they simply repeated that there were “no errors,” without addressing any of the official documentation I had provided.WES refused to re-examine the file, refused to consider government-verified evidence, and provided zero support. Their evaluation directly affects immigration eligibility, yet they treat these cases with no urgency, no accountability, and no transparency.I paid for a service that was inaccurate, unhelpful, and impossible to dispute.If you need an evaluation for Canadian immigration, avoid WES at all costs.Choose ICES, IQAS, or literally any other designated organization, you will save yourself time, stress, and money.This is the most disappointing and unprofessional service I’ve encountered in years.
If I could do 0 I would. Worst service ever. They offer the qualification check and this is a complete SCAM. I am even thinking the WES itself is a SCAM. The customer service is useless. They request a lot of documents you already send just to delay more and more. I would not recommend at all!!!! My application is from July 2025 and we are in almost end of November and nothing
I paid over $800 for zn evaluation since April 26th 2025. They made me miss deadline 3 times for my Master program. Those piece of Sh!!t don't do evaluation. They are scam and I would like anyone who knows which group is suing wes so that I can sue them too. I've been stressed and anxious because of those Trash at wes. My school sent my documents on November 5th again to them. They are asking for the same documents over ans over again. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM
My experience with WES has been extremely disappointing. The communication has been unclear, and each time I uploaded a document, they requested something different with no proper explanation. My degree is already verified through Qualification Check, yet WES kept asking for more paperwork. I’ve spent a lot of money, and the delays—since June—have negatively affected my career and promotion process. WES needs to improve transparency, processing time, and customer service. If they cannot complete evaluations promptly, refunds should be considered.
WES has been the most difficult organization I’ve had to deal with during my application process. I simply needed to add additional academic credentials, but it has been over five days, and the portal still hasn’t been reopened. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no timely support or clear communication.In contrast, SOPHAS and QC responded promptly and professionally to my inquiries, highlighting how inefficient WES’s customer service has been. For an organization that charges significant fees, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability.WES should seriously improve its communication practices and client support systems—especially when applicants are working under tight deadlines. I hope my feedback helps prompt positive change, because at present, the service quality is far below expectations.
Full of lies!WES is a complete scam - operating from some back room in the industrial district. Submitted documents to them in Sept-2025, and chased for evaluation for three months. Telephone calls and emails yielded nothing. Was told that my case would be "escalated", yet theres never a manager or supervisor to talk to. WES is operating a fraudulent business; taking orders that they cannot fulfil. I do not believe that they have the ability to accurately complete a transcript review. I believe they are abusing their NACES accreditation. If you've ended up a sucker like me, contact your bank and have the charges reversed! Then contact NACES to file a complaint. i received my evaluation right after I made the negative review. It’s crazy how they take months to do an evaluation which shouldn’t take more than half an hour especially with the help of the AI, after all it’s just a multiplication of grades and coefficients why would it take months?! The deadline i got was weeks before they actually delivered and was close to getting my application thrown away for insufficient documentation.
