HORRIBLE experience

HORRIBLE experience! My 2 mth old Whirlpool dryer is already broken! I wanted a new machine, as I foresee future repairs. That was denied. I have to have it serviced. Booking the service appt was maddening! I received a date from whirlpool (leaving me w/out a dryer for 5 days), ONLY to have the actual repair co. tell me that date is not available & I have to wait until that Friday… Thus leaving me w/out a dryer for over a week!!!!! How screwed up is that system..Whirlpool gives you a date only to have the repair co. give you a much later date!! What kind of business model is that???? I will NEVER purchase a whirlpool product again!!! 😡. I will have to take a day off from work AND replace the items that never dried properly & now smell musty!!

This is the this is absolutely the worst company you could ever possibly get your products fixed by Whirlpool contracts these idiots who have no clue of what they're doing I scheduled a service I've been delayed five times lied to every single day nothing they say comes to pass and they do really ****** work if I were you I would never use this company they're absolutely horrible talk about the tail wagging the dog they tell me that they're contractors who go out and schedule their service make their own schedule even though they're employees whoever heard of employees making their own schedule these people are a joke

I agree with all of the one star reviews. Whirlpool is a HORRIFIC company to deal with. They sent me a faulty wall oven I paid $3k for. It blew out in less than a week of use. I had to spend hours on the phone on hold!!!! Beware - the exchange program takes 3 to 4 weeks! You read that right - up to a month to receive a replacement. The customer service has attitude like they are paying you. It’s ridiculous. Do not buy.

Ever!!! buy an accesory from this company, You will get the wrong part sent to you that you will have to return at your cost!The online service routes you to 2-3 different numbers after you have waited for 15 - 20 minutes each!If you are over 65 yrs old they will route you a medic alarm system for elderly patients sales phone service!!! Totally innappropriate.If they manage their warranty and repair system like their customer service and return system You will be doomed!!!

My Whirlpool WDT730HAMZ dishwasher…My Whirlpool WDT730HAMZ dishwasher failed only 14 months after installation, just outside the standard warranty.Whirlpool refused any courtesy repair or assistance and quoted $369 for repair, which is more than half the price of a new unit. A major appliance should last years, not barely one.Extremely disappointed in product quality and customer service. I expected Whirlpool to stand behind its products, but instead, I was left with an expensive repair or the cost of replacement.If you are considering this model, be cautious—it may not last as long as expected and post‑warranty support is minimal.

I bought a new Whirlpool Washer and I had to have it serviced 4 times in 3 years and now, it is going to cost me more to fix it rather than buy a new washing machine. A huge waste of money. The man from A to Z appliance repair man was encouraging me to not fix it, so I paid the $127 service call. A to Z repair is a rip off too. They sent the same guy to my house that didn't fix it then.

I have a lemon! Worst model ever

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator in July, and from the very first week, I have had constant issues. The water line, reservoir, and valve have all malfunctioned. The filtered water line continues to freeze, which not only prevents the water dispenser from working but has also caused food spoilage and water leaks throughout my kitchen.At one point, the water filter failed and flooded below the crisper bin, causing water to spill all over. I am now having to pay out of pocket to install a shut-off water valve because the third-party repair technicians assigned under the warranty refuse to go into the crawl space to turn off the water supply.This refrigerator has been serviced four or five times, and each visit has failed to correct the problem. When I contacted Whirlpool directly to request a replacement since the product appears to be a lemon. I was told that they could not replace it and must “honor the warranty” through ongoing repairs. I was also informed that the technicians were highly trained, but the issue is not with the technicians, it’s with the appliance itself.I also purchased a 3-year extended warranty, but it has provided no real recourse for me as a consumer. I have lost food, time, and peace of mind. What was supposed to be a convenient feature has turned into a costly and stressful ordeal.For an appliance that cost over $1,700, I expected reliability and proper support. Instead, I’m left with a defective refrigerator, repeated service calls, and no resolution. I strongly urge Whirlpool to take responsibility and replace this refrigerator

Only buy Whirlpool if you like wasting time and money.

I bought a washer from Lowes March 2, 2025. 2 weeks ago, after less than 4 months, it stops working. I called Whirlpool, and they had me wait 2 weeks for a service call. I have 8 people in my household, so it's costing me $40 every other day to do laundry. Today, they came out, said it was fixed, left the house, and a few minutes later it stops working again. I try to call the tech, no answer. I called Whirlpool again and let them know what happened. They tell me it will be 2 weeks until someone can come back. They sent someone from out of state to fix it, but apparently, he doesn't know what he's doing. I just want a new washer. I'm thinking about putting this washer by the side of the road and buying a different brand from somewhere besides Lowe's. Don't buy this product unless you like frequent trips to the laundromat and constantly spending money.

Minus -10 Washer would not fill…

Minus -10 Washer would not fill with water on April 12, it is July 15 and still being told conflicting information from Whirlpool customer service.. No parts and no cooperation from Whirlpool for another machine. I have been told for weeks that 14 more days and they would declare the machine unrepairable and allow me to get another... STILL NO RESOLUTION, WAITING ANOTHER 10 DAYS!!!!!!
