Ineffective customer service team

The customer service team is ineffective; staff members seem eager to help but lack the authority to do so. I waited about 30-35 minutes to connect, and they could only schedule a repair appointment. I learned that technicians must replace at least three parts of my oven before I can even discuss a replacement. This requirement stands regardless of how many visits they make. I would advise against purchasing an oven from this company.

New washer models lack durability

My previous washer lasted over 28 years before being replaced, while the new model I purchased in 2023 is already struggling. Just before the extended warranty expired, I had to replace the circuit board because it wouldn't shut off after cycles. Now, just 2.5 years in, the rinse cycle has failed. The auto-sensing feature is ineffective. I miss my old machine, which allowed me to control water levels and temperatures without any issues. I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Disappointing experience with a microwave purchase

I regret buying a microwave from this company. I was drawn in by the promised delivery timeframe, which turned out to be misleading. I've already been charged for an order that has faced multiple shipping delays, now over two weeks late. The customer service communication about these delays has been poor. After waiting on hold for two hours for an update, I was misinformed about my responsibility regarding delivery date selection. The promised delivery date has passed with no resolution. Issues with fridge and oven

Both my fridge and oven, which are now under this company's ownership, have control board issues due to corrupted firmware. The proprietary nature of the firmware means the boards cannot be repaired. The necessary part for the fridge is unavailable, leading to the disposal of a $2000 appliance. Customer service has been unhelpful, stating that the part is discontinued.

Frustrating experience with warranty service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received regarding my oven. Initially, the company promised to repair any issues under warranty, but they later refused to honor this commitment. My oven has been tripping the power, and despite multiple service visits, the technicians failed to identify the issue correctly. I had to incur significant costs to investigate the problem independently, only to find out it was due to a faulty heating element. The company has since denied responsibility, claiming the warranty has expired and ignoring my requests for assistance.

Extremely poor customer service

The customer service experience has been terrible. It takes an estimated 55 minutes just to reach someone on the phone. I've been waiting for a response on their live chat as well. They provided me with three different delivery dates, and after waiting four hours on the latest one, no one showed up. I cannot understand how this company stays in business. I will not be dealing with them again.

Frustrating experience with repairs

This company has been a nightmare to deal with, especially concerning repairs. They only work with two repair companies in my area, and after taking multiple days off work, the scheduled technician failed to show up. I am still waiting for a repair person to fix my machine, which has laundry stuck in it. I’ve fought hard to get them to acknowledge my warranty, but it seems pointless. I am considering legal action due to their poor service and lack of accountability.

Terrible delivery experience

This has been the worst company to deal with. I waited two weeks for a delivery and even rearranged my schedule to be home. After an hour and a half into a four-hour window, they decided to postpone delivery for another two weeks without any offer to make it right. I had to cancel my order due to their lack of service.

Washer failed just after warranty

We bought a washer-dryer set just over a year ago, and the washer's motherboard has now completely failed. The factory warranty covers only the first year, and all they offered was an expensive extended warranty that costs nearly as much as a new washer. It's disappointing that a product lasts only a year. We are now looking to purchase a different brand that has come highly recommended.
