My partner and I had contracts for three years but eventually left. Yet, my partner is still unable to get them to release the number and has been without connection for two weeks. I was left without access to my number for four weeks after they changed my SIM to a new version without my consent while I was traveling! Additionally, they sold our data to a credit bureau. They lack English support, charge high prices, and take every chance to bill you excessively for roaming. I cannot recommend them; it’s simply not a fair service.
Caution! We are (still) customers of Winsim and have had very bad experiences. Services ordered are billed, but not provided. Complaints? We only receive AI responses with tips. Five complaints, five nonsense answers from the AI. Refund? None!
-i opted for a 24 month contract. To cancel the contract I paid 104 euros (my mistake i agree). They verbally promised that would be the last amount i paid but instead delayed the processing and charged me two more months of fees.-non existent customer service: all my emails were unanswered. Their no-reply emails send me bills every month and threaten with lawyer fees in case of non payment. Therefore i eventually paid. All my concerns were ignored.-Accidentally turned on data in another country for a couple of seconds and boom 64 euros got deducted. Will never choose you again winSIM.
If you have a serious enemy, recommend this SIM company to them. I signed a 24-month phone contract with data. The contract ended in December 2024, but even now, in April 2025, they are still charging money from my bank account.When I called to resolve the issue and get the refund, they gave me a different new contact to terminate the contract. I said, “Why? I don’t use your SIM card, and I don’t need any contract.” They told me that to terminate the old one, I would need to take out a new contract.Since April 2nd, I’ve been trying to get a refund, but I still on (25th april) haven’t received a proper solution. Every time I call, they tell me to send an email. When I do send an email, they completely ignore my actual questions. It feels like a never-ending game.This is one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced in my life.
