Very terrible network to be honest

Very terrible network to be honest. I'm in Frankfurt and I can only get GPRS... not even Edge or 3/4G. And the customer care are not helpful at all!

On 16th december I ordered a phone …

On 16th december I ordered a phone "note 8" from winsim. after three days i got an E-mail that they rejected my order. when i asked for a reason they told me they will not give me the reason for rejection and told me to never ask about it. how rude!first they reject a order and after that they won't give the reason for that. i am very disappointed . i should't have bought Winsim simcard.

Worst customer services.

Worst customer services.I was traveling within EU, and my internet stopped working. I contacted winsim customer service, and they refused to talk because I couldn't communicate in German. I already canceled my contract with them.

Bad Call Connection

I have 3 connections from WinSim and all of them have same issue that is when ever i have to call at any number the call never connects and other person just receives the message the i was calling. Its been so much annoying that i would like to change the contract as soon as it ends.

I am counting the days until I can cancel my subscription for free

I see that I am not the only one having problems with Winsim. It is horrible. If anyone is looking for a cheap service provider, don't choose Winsim. Not only they have horrible reception (when everybody else has 3G and 4G, my phone is on E - and no, it is not my phone, I switched SIM cards just to check), but they are also expensive. I (am supposed to) have EU 100 + Internet but they charge me for EU calls ... So instead of paying 9,99 (which I only paid once so far), I always pay more. The last invoice was for 24,49! I really hate it when this is the way a company wants to make money. I am counting the days until I can leave them for free.+ Dear customer service, when you are trying to call us and apparently we are not answering it is not because we don't want to, it's more because we can't. Many times I just receive voice messages that I was contacted but the call doesn't come through. It is a headache to deal with Winsim. I am counting the days until I can cancel my subscription for free.----------------------UPDATEI called the customer service back and they told me that I actually don't have any EU minutes to use from Germany BUT if I go abroad I can make calls - which is pretty useless. And yes, I have "great reception" at where I live, but when I am out in the city (where I would actually need my phone), I can't make calls and my internet is mostly in E ... My boyfriend also has the same subscription and it is always a hassle to call each other ... The call doesn't go through, or it rings on my side but not on his and then he just becomes a text that he missed a call ... All in all I hate the service. Now I am more then willing to pay more but at least get some nice service and less headaches. Bad reception, weak internet and in 2017 I would like to have an easy way to track my actual data and minute usage, as well as any additional costs (not only at the end of the month SURPRISE!) ... So, although they cleared why I am paying so much I am still counting the days until I can cancel my subscription for free. If you can, don't make the same mistake like we did and choose another provider. Paying a few euros more is definitely worth it.

Very poor network

Very poor network. I have a flat plan with 2 GB data from Winsim. Most of the places, like malls, social events, at library even at home people are not able to reach my number. Data speed is also bad, and not just in the basements but most places its is only H+ not 4G. I complaint many times, But there has been no help and they just give excuses.Update 22nd June---Yes i received an email from Winsim - but just like i happened earlier, they said everything is fine, even when i continue to miss important calls because of issue with the network. ------- Update 26th JuneI received a call while i was on a plane and informed my inability to attend the call. Yes i received the call at that instance that means connection was fine. I have not faced a similar situation of not getting calls in the last 4 days. I will update here if I face the issue again. Yes, I have provided the information on the shared email as well. ----Sehr schlechtes Netzwerk Ich habe einen flachen Plan mit 2 GB Daten von Winsim.Die meisten der Orte, wie Einkaufszentren, gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen, in der Bibliothek auch zu Hause Menschen sind nicht in der Lage, meine Nummer zu erreichen.Datengeschwindigkeit ist auch schlecht, und nicht nur in den Kellern aber die meisten Plätze ist es nur H + nicht 4G.Ich beschwere mich oft, aber es gab keine Hilfe und sie geben nur Ausreden.

WinSIm running a scam.. Bad comapny

Very bad, company pathetic services and dishonest, i had a contract for 2 years @6.99 after 4 months they without any notice or terms and conditions increased it to 8.99.. now i called their customer services, first of all they dont speak english secondly they are rude. then i wrote an email that i want to cancel my contract, 15 days passed no reply yet... DONT BUY WIN SIM EVER> BAD NETWORK, POOR INTERNET SPEED, Poor reception always..What are you calming of. You sent me an email come on show me proof. i never received an email. in your service world why will i visit there when every thing is in german how come i will be able to use it. these are all your lies and its just your way of launder money for you people i have signed contract with you and i will and shall be liable to pay what was in contract. Not after 5 months you will hike the price of your own and will get the money from my bank. disgusting who gave you permissions to withdraw money from my account other than what was mentioned in contract . Please i want to cancel your services else i will have to Sue you as Per German LawThank you

The most pathetic customer service team …

The most pathetic customer service team I have ever come across with. As I cannot speak German, I had my wife call twice to explain the problem and the customer support representative not only lacked technical knowledge as to how the technology works but also had the nerves to tell my wife that she has been holding the line and that other callers are in the queue. WIN SIM TEAM!! Get some training done for your team and train/teach them how to talk to customers if you want to stay in the competition.

Inefficient customer service

I'm trying to make a contract with WinSIM since last week. I was impressed at the beginning, because right after I completed the subscription online, they tried to contact Telekom for the portability of my number and etc. Nice, very quick!Problem is: I needed to give them some corrected information so Telekom would release their number, and I did, and I even contacted Telekom afterwards to make sure everything was fine, and they say it is, but WinSIM disappeared!They don't reply to my emails, they don't reply to contact form on their website.. I'd like them to at least give some sign that they are reading it! And try the portability request with telekom again, with the corrected information!Also, it's a mess because they have 3 different emails and you can't be sure which one to use. Bewertung? or kontakt? or maybe mnpreply? :(I'm almost giving up and making a contract with some other company.

No reaction from customer service

I've been a customer for 6 weeks. My SIM is still blocked in foreign countries, which I didn't recognise. I'm currently in Spain, without connection. I need the phone urgently. I've applied online to lift the blockage 5 days ago. I never heard anything back from WINSim. I've sent several emails to customer support in the meantime, without any reaction, whatsoever. Very poor service.P.S.All good in the meantime, but you should consider an auto-responder for your incoming customer emails. I've sent five emails without any response whatsoever and that feels like pissing in the wind if nothin happens for almost a week.
