Please be careful If you’re speaking English!!

I have ordered 2 SIM card from this company and i didn’t received them both and since my German is not good and there was no one in in their company I could tell them about my problem in English yo ask why they asked me to pay for a SIM card I have never used. please be careful if you are not a german speaking person!!

They'll charge you additional fees given the chance

Good luck if you dispute their additional fees. Winsim isn't set up to provide a good service but aims to charge you hidden fees given the chance (how should the customer know about these fees before they are charged?). You have to change the default options or pay a service fee not to receive additional charges, which doesn't make a lot of sense. Where else do you have to pay not to receive a "service" (For example, 50 euro for 48MB)?

Very poor

Very poor. No connection at home. Calls end every minute. No good service due to a bad designed online interface, no money back. I paid for nothing here and will need to go back to my old supplier.

Can't unsuscribe

Can't unsuscribe from my ongoing contract for no proper reason given. The customer service doesn't provide ANY valuable information on how to proceed and only ask me to "patiently wait" until 2023 to make a cancellation. In addition they act condescending and borderline impolite. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Looking for a sign? Here it is: AVOID WINSIM AT ALL COSTS.

Living in Germany and attracted by winSIM's decent rates? Don't be fooled: this is a low-quality, predatory company that will bleed their customers dry. Not only is their data coverage patchy and unreliable, but their protocol around customer cancelation is shameless. Lord forbid you ever need to deal with their customer support, who will blast you with dispassionate, copy and pasted email templates. There are plenty of options out there. Do yourself a favor and avoid winSIM.

Very dishonest and unprofessional and bad client service. I called them only once to change my contract to a cheaper one because I am going to be out of Europe and won't use my sim card for 6 month. After keeping me exactly 40 minutes in the line, she told me and even insisted several times that it is not possible to change to a cheaper contract. Only to a more expensive one! After cancelling my contract and starting a new one with a new service, they called me and proposed the exact cheaper contract I wanted. Too late! I would never recommend Winsim

No complaints

Ordered a phone on contract for my brother. The phone itself did have problems but they were manufacturing defects - which means it was the fault of Manufacturer (Hersteller). But Winsim always helped. The prices are decent but the waiting times for customer service are long, so one star less. Customer service is good though, they are friendly. They really deserve the position as a striving and rising brand. I also want to leave a suggestion : Offer similar prices for partner cards - otherwise people aren't interested.

Be very careful

Terrible company. For over a year I couldn't use any data abroad (despite EU law) and then recently I travelled to Portugal transiting in Switzerland for 2 hours. I used my data in Portugal then got a bill for 60 euros for a week's worth of data in Switzerland! They tried to tell me I was in Switzerland the whole time (you'd think I'd know that!), or that I was close to the border of Switzerland (Portgual really isn't very close) but above all else, their systems could not be wrong. Eventually, after many emails, they gave me a refund for half the charge as a sign of "good-will". I didn't stand for that and after a fair few more emails, some pretty rude emails from their "customer service" they have finally refunded me the charge. Remaining questions are how was their system so wrong (and how many other people are getting incorrect charges - my girlfriend has experienced this too) and why is it so hard to get an acceptable resolution. Terrible company, avoid at all costs

They are the worst phone company ever

They are the worst phone company ever! All they are trying to do is to take more money from your pocket! Hidden Cost, unfriendly customer service, zero support! I am stuck in a long contract with them and they are just terrible! DON'T CHOOSE THEM!!!
