That's a terrible mobile provider

That's a terrible mobile provider. Avoid them at all costs! They just charged me 80 euros, and I don't even know WHY!!! Customer service is unresponsive. A terrible and disgusting experience!

Save yourself the stress and go with a reputable company with no nasty surprises

Service mostly works fine in cities and towns. Tariffs seem very good at first glance. However, this company has 101 sneaky ways to extract extra money from you, such that you would have been waaaay better off just getting a normal but slightly more expensive contract with a better company (I now pay a few extra euros per month with Aldi Talk -- who I stupidly replaced with WinSim two years ago when I signed up for a two year contract with WinSim -- but there are never any unpleasant surprises with them. WinSim worked out to be much more expensive after factoring in their often unexpected and unfair charges).Just as an example: 1) I sent a photo as an MMS to my Hausmeister. Due to poor reception (even though I live in the town centre) it tried to send 9 times within a few seconds. Even though it only sent once in the end (obviously it stopped trying once it was successful) I was charged 9€ for just the one photo.2) A friend visited from Australia. She had roaming as was paying international rates for my messages to her, and for her messages to me. However, WinSim also charged me. Totalled over 40€ for a few messages, including her messages to me. Crazy. 3) WinSim automatically topped up my data at inflated prices without me even asking for it, or being given the opportunity to accept or reject it (you have to actually deregister from this service that you never asked for if you don't want automatic top-ups). 4) Deregistering from services (including from receiving international calls that you have no control over) costs you money. YOU have to PAY to deregister from a service you never needed, wanted or asked for in the first place. Very sneaky. Trust me, unless you have no friends and use their services sparingly (or only use internet), it is not worth the stress. While customer service will answer your complaints/messages requesting clarification re: what happened, they absolve themselves of all responsibility. Conveniently they don't keep records for more than a few months either (or so I was told when I tried to follow up on some of these issues after a busy period of work, during which time I didn't have the time or energy to immediately follow it up).

Terrible

Terrible. Connectivity is extremely bad. Apart from this, they are awfully rigid when it comes to contracts. Avoid this provider.

Incompetence and inhumane

They are super cheap and you get super cheap service. They are absolutely incompent. Also,,. they are rigid about every single tiny policy. I do no recommend this company to anyone!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, I've been a long time user and there was no effort made to help me change my old contract, that wasn't offered anymore, to an updated one although that was common practice for other customers. You feel like talking into the void when contacting customer service and only receiving semi automatic responses.

Incompetant in providing customer service and simcard service

This company is forcing me to pay the bill for a simcard that I havent even recieved and activated. I tried calling the customer care but they only have german representatives and no-one answers my emails. Also, I had requested multiple time to have a conversation and clear the doubts and bills. Unfortunately, they are not easy going with immigrants that do not know German. Also, they are so rude that they once told me that if I dont know german, than I should not be in Germany!! Worst experience in terms of customer care and no response on multiple request to solve the problem which lies on thier desk since october-2022

Unbelievable horrible company

Unbelievable horrible company! They make money out of other ways or small written sentences. Let's say you are about to die and you need call for help, but they will ask 50 Euros. This is their company value.

Winsim is good.

i use it for about 2 years and have a monthly contract of a new model Iphone. Everything is total fine, you can use the online service and i havent yet contacted to the customer service because the online service is useful and contain all your requirements. Price is good as well.
