I don't know how this company has been running their business in germany. Their customer service is absurd, there is no option to speak with someone who speaks english. I had paid more than 100 euros for 11 months of service. But they never reply me back for confirmation. I emailed numerous times. On January 6th they disconnect my sim without any reason. On march they are claiming more than amount of remaining contract including months which I have already paid.
I submitted a cancellation of my expensive plan (that included a subsidised 512GB iPhone 12 Pro Max) in November and substituted it with a much more affordable (€3,99 a month) subscription. In January I was charged an additional €80 for the subscription that had - mind you - been discontinued earlier. Had I failed to threaten them with a court case, they'd keep charging me €80 a month ad infinitum. They essentially played the "sorry, the customer service representative must have accidentally omitted to discontinue your subscription". Except that the subsidy for the iPhone had already been paid (I'd paid for 24 months already). They apologised - and we agreed that they would use the debited amount for a month past the subscription's discontinuation - as a credit for my current, much more affordable, membership. Next thing you know - a couple of weeks later they send me an invoice in the sum of €20 for January. That - while not only is my membership a fraction of said sum - but also, the first 3 months of the subscription were supposed to charge-free (or so claim their promotional materials). Oh, by the way: their customer representatives conveniently do NOT speak English. Neither the man on the line, nor his colleagues do. Go figure!
HiAfter trying more than 10 times to get an answer why I was charged 50 Extra euros in Dec., and receiving no answer explaining how I used any data, I asked to stop my simcard. Now I have the same trouble learning why I have to pay an extra month!
Winsim are group of thieves.i don't recommend I ordered a SIM a never received it.i cancel the order before 9days. few days I ordered again.to my greatest suprise I realised after 6 months they have been withdrawn money into my account for 2 Sim .I contact them to refund my money for the unrecieved Sim ,I received no reply I decided to stopped the contract.they send me a charge of 45 euro I paid.1 month later I received another charge of 140 euro .I didn't paid.i needed my refund too.they send me to inkasso.its a mafia company I do not recommend
The Service was fast when it was usable. The second you roamed into a non-listed country outside of the EU you got charged 70EU. Then it would lock you out of roaming for the rest of the month. Even if you were in a listed EU country. I tried to cancel my service, I had 2 sims. They only cancelled 1 of the sims and now they are charging me 3 more months for the other sim. Even though I requested that both Sim be cancelled and I'm not using it nor am I in the EU anymore.
If there was something negative I would have given that!!! It’s a fraud company who just wants to lure more people into there cheap money saving trap wherein you actually end up up paying more than the actual annual cost.they charge roaming charges as soon as you change the country under the pretext that the user has used services. In reality you haven’t used !!! This has happened to me every single time and they have charged me for calling emergency numbers which didn’t even convert into a call.Absolutely not recommended !!!
I hate this company with all my heart, they have been scamming all along since I have their SIM. Everytime you step out of the country they charge you 70 euros of roaming data. Complete scam don't buy it. Customer service is terrible, ignorant and not helpful at all.
I wanted a German sim-card as I just moved to Germany. When I was trying to order a sim-card on their website my payment method failed because they cannot receive money from danish banks. Fair enough, I let it go and tried somewhere else. They then proceed to tell me that my sim-card has been activated and that they couldn’t deliver the sim-card to me, which is fine since I couldn’t possibly pay for it. They have then ever since been silently charging me the amount of 10€ per month, now an accumulated amount of 47€. I called them multiple times asking for them to stop sending me bills as my payment method failed originally and never bought their product, I even have a mail to confirm, but they do not care and I have to pay even though I never received any sim-card, called them and e-mailed them. It is a scam company and further don’t even try to speak English with them, they are not educated. Lastly, their employees are extremely rude and are of no help. I hope this message helped save a lot of peoples money from getting scammed.
