Very positively surprised by WinSim's customer support

WinSim really surprised me extremely positively in a recent situation where I had accumulated very high costs and therefore asked for their help. While perhaps many other mobile providers or firms generally would have just denied help, WinSim stood out in proactively resolving the issue in a really good and quite timely fashion. Kudos to the team! And besides that, I have been customer for a few years and always had a smooth overall experience.

They'll waste your time

I asked them for a contract, waited for 2 weeks, didn't get anything, wrote an Email asking to cancel my order and delete all my data. Then they replied that my request for a phone contract was "rejected because of internal reasons". Well maybe I should have been let known that, and not waste my time? Terrible company.

Do not care about customers

Applied online for winSIM and never heared back from them.The status of my appliction online was shown as "being processed". After a month I contacted them myself just to find out that my application was rejected. Because of that I missed a time limited offer by another company!So they don't even care to update the status if they're not interested for some weired reason to do business with you. Nice customer service 😂

FRAUD FRUAD !

Nothing works with this company.I have tried to call several times to try to go into the portal to finally activate the simcard and nobody will help. I call one day and 3 costumer service answer back in English but they couldnt help. Now today, I have called 10 times and nobody wants to speak English and nobody is answering the emails.

Why even provide service

Why even provide service? created a hotline service just to showcase worst human behaviour and worst service. The customer service, steals your money for no fault of yours. I would happily sign a petition to boycott Winsim

You can not have more gigabytes until you pay all the Mobile Price. This is really funny. I don't recommend it

Very expensive once your package…

Very expensive once your package expires. For a 10€ per month, i was charged 60€ just for one month. Charges 3 euros approximately for 300mb if you go over the limit. Clearly a rip off

fast, simple help after hooked account

I am very satisfied with my winSim phone plan (which I have had for several years) and everything runs without any problems. The service is also great. My account was hacked yesterday and someone ordered a new eSim. I was able to resolve the issue directly with customer service on the phone without a long wait and will be sent a new sim card free of charge. Don't quite understand the many negative reviews, but maybe the service varies by country.

I dont have a contract with them and they give me 3 months of notice to terminate my plan. pathetic!!!!
