Horrible in one word

Horrible in one word, not only their services are bad and poor coverage, but also they are scammers, charging 60 euros if you just go outside the borders of Germany and in their contract details it is so discreetly mentioned that you need a team of lawyers to decode that, and it is done intentionally to screw the customers, only good thing about it is that there is no long term contract and kinda cheap but that is compensated with awful overall service and quality of the coverage.DO NOT OPT FOR THIS PAY A BIT EXTRA AND GET PROPER AND LEGIT SIMCARD....(sorry for going all Karen over here but they scammed me for 120 euros bcz i was sleeping in my bus whilst crossing Switzerland on my way to Italy)

Failed to deliver a sim card for nearly…

Failed to deliver a sim card for nearly 4 weeks, still kept charging me for undelivered service for 3 months. Customer service is unresponsive unless they want money from you. that was a classic penny wise pound foolish situation on my hands. Stay away

Cheap and terrible customer service, impossible to cancel contract.

Winsim offers a cheap price with terrible customer service. If you only want phone service for a cheap price, it's ok. But beware! It is very difficult to cancel the contract. They say you must cancel on the website and then call a number, when you call the number it is always busy. If you don't cancel in time, you might have to pay for another YEAR of service! It is so difficult to cancel that it feels like a Scam

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The service seems cheap AT THE BEGINNING, but they always find a new thing to charge for and always find a "reasonable explanation". I switched off every possible service, which might take extra money, but I am still charged more than my monthly tariff plan. Be ready that instead of 13.9 Euros/m you will be charged 20 Euros, or 60 euros or more per month. I am waiting for my contract to end close it. Do not recommend it at all!

Worst service !!!!

Worst service !!!!! Customer support never helps and cancellation system is requesting to call once you have confirmed everything online !

Worst connection ever

Connection to the network is always bad. Whenever my wife has 3G or 4G, I get H+ or E and with that webpages cannot load. Also, in line with comments from other people here, I receive more notifications of lost calls than the number of calls I receive. In my whole life, not even when mobile phones started to appear, never had a service this bad. My wife has Lebara with the Deutsch Telekom network, and there is where I go. After 8 months with Winsim, I cannot bear it anymore.

Ripp-off

Ripp-off! Had many bad experiences with them, starting with paying (twice!) over 80€ per month as my mobile roaming data was turned on in Switzerland for one second after switching off the flight mode. Second, I finally wanted to change my super old contract (3 GB for 8€) for a better fare. They ask you to pay 20€ to change your rate if you don't want to commit to an inflexible 24 month contract. I called the Customer Service and wrote several e-mails to negotiate this unreasonable term, but they insisted on their terms. So I luckily finally canceled my contract with them which I should have done way earlier. There are much better and nicer services out there for much better Price-performance ratio

They steal your money

Horrible service and charge you for usage that is not real or not legal. Charged me roaming while in airplane mode and charged me to call germany from spain when it is by law and on their website that it is free. Then when you claim to send the data they do not respond. Fraud and shocking that they are part of 1&1.

NEVER AGAIN! BAD service / TERRIBLE customer service

BAD service / TERRIBLE customer service.I called to ask why on earth my connection was down (after missing an important call from a job offer), but the lady on the phone didn't even give me the chance to speak German after I asked if she speaks English. She just said "no" and hung up the phone. When my wife called again on my behalf they started fighting her on the phone like we were doing a horrible thing by calling the freaking customer service. I immediately threw their sim card in the trash and went straight to Telekom, where they so spoke good English and explained everything I need to know about my new sim card.I recommend staying away from this company.
