Firstly, they started charging fees not from the moment the card was activated, but from the moment the delivery was received. I waited 7 days for them to deliver my SIM card and already paid them, although I could not use the phone.Secondly, if you have two SIM cards and want to refuse the "Mulcard" option, they say that they cannot simply block one of the cards. They want me to order a new card for about 20 euros! For what? I already have one SIM card!Thirdly, they took my refusal to refuse the “multi-card” as a blocking of the SIM card and blocked another SIM card - I WAS REMAINED WITHOUT CONNECTION FOR 24 HOURS.Fourthly, they charged me about 15 euros for a block that I didn’t need!Fifthly, there are still no 5G networks. What are we in 2018? 6 years have passed!BE CAREFUL AND CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER!
I got a 2-year contract for internet. The price is fine but when I wanted to buy a phone based on their offers, everything got crazy!! I sent them a 3-year contract with a good salary and they still told me they cannot let me buy a phone based on their internal policy. So they do not see any reason to explain me why!! I wanted to cancel my contract but may be in 2 years!! so they decieve you in and dont let you out!!!
I contacted Winsim to change my address, a process that should have been done online within 24 hours, but it didn't happen. When I called their hotline for assistance, the customer service representative was extremely rude. I asked if I could provide alternative information instead of the hotline code, and he refused, citing "DATENSCHUTZ" (data protection) as the reason. I couldn't change my address online due to issues with their website, which was frustrating. I was also told I had to wait at least 15 minutes for a simple address change, and to top it off, the call ended abruptly when the representative hung up on me. This experience was far from satisfactory.
I got into trap with winsim as they have go offers. I had an international calling app and somehow it didnot work when i moved to different country in European union. Got a huge bill of 1300+ euros from Winsim. I have activated warning message for 150 Eur but i didnot receive any warning message after 150 eur. some operators help their customers by upgrading pack. But i didnot get any help from Winsim. Monthly charges are very less but additional charges are hell.
Dirtbag scammers. They would like to charge me 168,000 EUR for 14GB of international roaming while I was not in fact out of the country! Disasters like this could be avoided by, you know, disabling connections to countries outside of the EU, but they only allow that after you've wasted 50 euros paying 12 cents per killobyte. I hope they invest that 50 into resurrecting their reputation. They refuse to refund the fraudulent charges which I can verify with my passport, I was never in the country for which I was billed extortion-like data charges.
They are terrible. I have received soo many unnecessary charges all of which I was obligated to pay. I am an International student in Germany with limited funds, and I have lost a good 80 to 100 euros because of them. They don't abide by their warning messages and their response rate is even worse. It's a nightmare being their customer and now I have no way of getting out of it without loosing more money.
