BOOKING THROUGH WOWCHER AND CHARLECOTE PHEASANT WAS QUITE STRAIGHTFORWARD THE 'AFTERNOON TEA' WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING.PRESENTATION A BIT PLAIN. VERY FEW SANDWICHES ALL CUT VERY TINY. SCONES WERE BIT HARD. WE DID EXPECT SOMETHING BETTER FROM CHARLECOTE PHEASANT HAVING BEEN A WHILE AGO.THE LADY SERVING US COULD NOT BE FAULTED AND WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. SERVED US PLENTY OF TEA.
Purchased a clothing rail for £29.99, paid for it by card online, and it was going to be delivered on the following Friday. 2 Weeks later, no delivery, no clothing rail, no proof of purchase, no order number, no invoice, NOTHING. I will be making a complaint to my bank to recover my money and also informing HMRC that you are trading in the UK without a paper trail. That is illegal, guys. HAVE A GREAT DAY, WOWCHER!!!!!
I purchase a bed from Wowcher! That's the first thing I did wrong the merchant they use are scam! The mattress I received was damaged and not as advertised completely lopsided and must be about 20 years old. One of the drawers on the bed was faulty but i could live with the drawer as it wasn't a big deal I do NOT recommend buying anything Wowcher completely unhelpful keep advising to wait for a response from the merchant who take 72hrs to reply to one email and are not willing to take back faulty item I've sent them the proof of what the merchant are saying and Wowcher keep holding off by saying wait for the merchant! I will never purchase from this company it's all scams. Contact trading standards this website needs to be shut down.
Wowcher service is very poor first I placed an order the merchant did not honour instead of offering me refund wowcher put a refund in the wallet Each time they charge an non refundable admin fee and I am really fed up with their poor service they don't have anything else I want to buy and I want to get a refund in money not on the wallet as I shall not biy anything from wowcher
Beware. Do not trust this awful supplier to deliver anything. I thought I had purchased a set of garden furniture. The proposed delivery date was changed by one day when I confirmed the purchase, annoying, but no big deal. My paypal account was debited although it was later discovered that they had absolutely no intention, at that stage, of completing the purchase or of advising me that they weren't going to deliver.Yes, as soon as I complained, 5 days after the advised delivery date, they arranged for my paypal account to be re-credited a further 5 days later. I wonder how many other customers are being used to supply them with interest free funds. Quite frankly I personally believe that their charging my account at the first opportunity was nothing short of fraudulent. BEWARE.
