Dear Wowcher Customer Service,I am writing to formally chase up my unresolved request for a full refund to my original payment regarding the purchase of a 2-night all-inclusive holiday to Mallorca, which I bought through your platform. On my trustpilot review you stated I would be contacted within 3 days, this limit is coming to an end and I have still had no communication with yourselves or Dreamholidays4u.Despite completing the purchase in good faith, I have not received what I paid for. The third-party provider, Dreamholidays, failed to provide available flights, meaning I was unable to take the holiday altogether. I have not redeemed or used the deal, as no suitable travel arrangements were ever available to me, making the offer impossible to fulfil.I have tried multiple times to discuss this with Wowcher and Dreamholidays. I spoke to three individuals at Dreamholidays – Dhriti, Myra, and Rose – and none were able or willing to assist. They offered no alternative flights at the same cost, refused responsibility, and presented significant communication difficulties due to language barriers. I was even refused the chance to speak with another staff member who might have better understood my situation.This experience has been extremely stressful and time-consuming. I am now convinced this deal was false or misleading, as echoed by numerous other customer reviews who describe similar issues and tactics. The only consistent outcome seems to be attempts to charge customers more for an inferior or unavailable holiday – which I view as completely unacceptable and possibly fraudulent.I am also aware that Wowcher claims unredeemed vouchers may be exchanged for credit towards another deal. However, in my case, this has not been honoured, and there has been zero support from either your team or the third-party provider.As a result, I have already:Contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback.Left a formal negative review on public platforms to warn other potential customers.Raised a complaint through Resolver and will escalate to the Financial Ombudsman if necessary.This is now my final attempt to resolve the matter directly with Wowcher. I request a full refund of the amount paid as I have not received the product or service promised and was denied the opportunity to do so through no fault of my own.Please treat this as urgent and respond.
