I paid for a women’s bike with the merchant nameNAZESE ltd based in Surrey, clearly this company are fraudsters as I didn’t receive the bike and I paid for delivery too.Wowcher told me to contact the company via email which I did three times but no reply. This company must of swindled many. Surely wowcher should be doing some checks on whether these companies are legit or not to protect customers.I won’t be taking the risk again.
I purchased a “mystery holiday” deal through Wowcher and very quickly began to regret it. Shortly after booking, I received a phone call from the travel company asking me to pay additional charges on top of what I had already paid. When I questioned this and requested written proof of the extra costs, I was told it would be sent to me via email—but nothing ever arrived.Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact the company via email to chase the information and to request a refund, as I feel the deal was completely misleading. My initial complaint was back in June, and despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received a proper response.To make matters worse, the trip is now due to take place in just a few days, yet I have had no confirmation, no travel details, and no official documentation of any kind. At this point, I feel completely scammed.This whole experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing. I strongly urge anyone considering this type of deal to avoid at all costs.
I placed an order on April 19th for an 8 Seater garden furniture set.I have still not received these goods or a full refund that has been requested on numerous occasions under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am entitled to a full refund. I have been asked to patient and my request for a refund gets ignored. I am fed up of getting fobbed off with apologies yet nobody actually takes any actions or even gives a name of someone within the company that could help. Please do your research and checkout Rip Off Wowcher on FB you'll get true sense of how this company really operates from the 1000s of unhappy customers. I wouldn't believe the good reviews.I will now be reporting Wowcher to Trading standards and the FOS (financial ombudsman service)
