Would never purchase from Wowcher…

Would never purchase from Wowcher again! Charged £35 for delivery for a small and light appliance and no option to cancel!!!!Rip off!!!Ordered a pizza wood burner and paid £35.00 delivery, when it arrived it was damage and after contacting company who stated they were going to send replacement and this still not arrived.Now have to sent it back without any apology and pay for returns which isn’t cheap as it’s a heavy!!!!

14 day no quibble money back

Requested the 14 day no quibble refund to find they took over £10 for the privilege. Shouldn't that be a full refund as per my statutory rights? Probably Admin fees as most other companies use this loophole to steal money from people all the time. Even fully automated systems have 'admin fees'.
