DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WOWCHER

Awful customer service, I purchased a holiday booking with wowcher, after redeeming, I was told to contact the provider, which I did. They then called me a day later and I missed the call so in response to the email the provider sent me I asked if they’d call between a certain timeframe. They never called me or responded to my email, so I then tried to contact them, every call would go to voicemail, until finally they answered. The woman on the phone was going over the details and then she put the phone down on me, I gave it a while expecting her to call me back or email to explain why the call was cut and I never received any explanation. I tried calling back to finalise my booking confirmation and once again, it would go to voicemail. I then emailed saying I’d like a refund due to the poor customer service and they asked me to contact wowcher. So I contacted wowcher on WhatsApp, i was told I’d have a response in 24 hours, I was still waiting, a week later so I messaged on facebook messenger, again was told I’d have a response in 24 hours and I’m still waiting another 5 days later. I followed up my message on WhatsApp due to getting no response and they finally replied and told me to wait another 24 hours to hear from provider who already told me to contact wowcher for my refund. I then sent a complaints email and then got told to wait another 24 hours to hear from the provider and I’ve stil heard nothing. I have paid £350 for a Christmas gift and I’ve never received such awful customer service. I can’t afford to buy an alternate holiday gift until I get my refund so atm I’m at my wits end. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WOWCHER OR PRIME HOLIDAYS

For someone my age 78 it was all a bit complicated with buying then needing a voucher and then redeeming it. I still don’t know if I have done it correctly

Not the experience I was expecting

Not the experience I was expecting. Bought two of the same items at once sent two separate Wowchers had to redeem and pay two lots of delivery at £3.99 each. Opted for this over Amazon as initially worked out better now they are arriving at different times if at all!! Would not recommend this service and won’t be using it again!! Also been bombared by emails

I ordered a voucher for a present and I didn’t receive the voucher, but I did receive the voucher receipt. I contacted Wowcher and within 2 hours the situation was resolved. I have my voucher now and it was an excellent service

Wowcher are trying to get money of me…

Wowcher are trying to get money of me for something they say I ordered of them back in march.all I did was look on their page didn’t give any information or bank details I was only looking.this is the order no they say I owe money for 49706427 I have never received anything from voucher was only looking at a bed .just had a text from a company called Klarna saying they will send dept collector round if I don’t pay I have never had any goods from Wowcher.Don’t want anything to do with them.And I’m not going to pay for something i haven’t ordered or received.Im 79 years old and don’t need all this stress.It’s put me off looking at anything on line now.can’t believe this is happening.Im going to ring citizens advice see if they can help me .

Reporting Wowcher to Trading Standards

Reporting to Trading Standards. Purchased what was described as "Winter Beauty Mystery Deal with Luxury Brands & High-End Goodies from 50 Shade of Lust" It just arrived, cheap face masks under eye patches, lip patches, a crappy.looking lip balm and two equally crappy looking hand cream sachets that look like the little milk sachets you get, actually insulting. all cheap, not one was anywhere near 'high end'. I wasn't expecting much, but I did expect at least one decent product. The difference between what they advertise and reality is so far.apart that I'm reporting this to trading standards. It wasn't even the same type of products, their picture showed make up. I got face masks etc.I thought wowcher could be trusted. P.s. postage was good, arrived when promised. Sturdy packaging.
