Would rate it lower if I could, absolute scam and terrible customer service.Purchased two vouchers for a 3 night holiday, and when contacting the holiday company, was told I would be going on flights that literally do not exist and forcing to pay extra for an upgrade (upgrade to the actual airport and flight mind you), all felt dodgy and they are not responding to emails I have sent them, however as Im still within my 14 day 'no quibble' refund policy so I have attempted to contact Wowcher to get a refund for thisHow on earth is there no number to actually call and speak with someone? I've sent a message on WhatsApp which seems to be the preferred contact method, and over 24 hours later, still no response? Clearly a scam and not willing to help when its getting your money back, so much for no quibble? Utter joke.
I bought a bed from this company and i got a receipt that was it, no delivery confirmation after, i tried emailing them and they never got back to me. So they basically robbed me 2nd update, wowcher basically got back to me with instructions to use my voucher and basically I had to pay an extra 20 for delivery and they charged me full price again for my order with still no delivery options and charge for using voucher , total scammers !....please stay far away from these robbers
I booked the Bucharest Draculas castle and flights Wowcher. Due to this being travel the Wowcher is redeemed before you find out travel times etc and you then confirm booking with the travel provider (Travelodeal) The small print of the Wowcher clearly states that this does not affect your 14 day change of mind refund. The following day after I purchased the Wowcher I was contacted by Travelodeal. The flight times were unsuitable and to have better ones would incur an extra charge. I said I had changed my mind and would just like my refund. This is when Travelodeal point blank refused to give me my refund. They said my options were to take the unsuitable flights, pay for extra or choose a different destination. They were rude, pushy and when I explained I still had my change of mind rights to refund as I had not yet booked they still refused. They rang me 7 times over 2 days harassing me. I placed a review on trust pilot and they called me to say I would receive a confirmation email about my refund but I need to remove my review. I refused. This is now day 4 and I have been contacting Wowcher since day 1 and all I get is a text stating someone will be in touch in 24hrs or it’s been passed to a different department and someone will be in touch in 48hrs. No one is interested.
Paid extra for delivery in two days, two week nearly and no delivery. Have asked for a refund and they keep fobbing me off. Do not buy from these, crap customer service and ignore you. Money hungry schemers. **UPDATE, they are ignoring my emails and responded on here to make it look as if they respond, they dont, Wowcher give me my refund I paid for delivery in two days**
First time using this company, and last….After purchasing a voucher to gift to my daughter & son in law for their birthdays, not only did the voucher not arrive, the gift packaging at an extra cost appears non refundable, after talking to a ‘bot’ and requesting to speak to a human, I think I finally got one, (only by WhatsApp) they just fobbed me off with a code to redeem. I’ve yet to see if this works, but not having anything to even print off to give them is a joke! Terrible customer service!
Deal was definitely not a deal. We purchased wowchers for a 7 night all inclusive break including flights in Hurghada. The trip looked perfect. Exactly the dates we wanted to travel. Unfortunately, the hotel that was included, is definitely not 5 star. Reviews for it are really bad. Also the fights were via Turkey and meant we would be travelling for around 16 hours each way. Basically, we were given the bottom line price........ then came the extras. 1. Needed to pay extra for seats on the plane 2. Needed to pay extra for baggage (only permitted one small bag that fitted under the seat included in the price), hand luggage and hold luggage (not that we took tje latter)3. Needed to pay extra for transfers with no assistance from PRIME. 4. Needed to pay extra for accommodation(even then, we were given a 3 star hotel for 5 star prices). THIS WAS TWO REASONS. The original hotel has almost 100% 1 star reviews for being filthy and in disrepair. The alternative offered was then withdrawn 5 minutes later when we had had the time to research. Apparently it had been snapped up by other customers. Any communication we had with PRIME was surly, bordering upon aggressive. My husband who has reduced hearing, was accused of being racist because he couldnt understand what was being said. Disgusting customer service. Each time we made a decision and called them back, that particular deal "was gone" and we would be offered something else, just that little bit more expensive. All in all as previously said this was the deal that really was not!!!!
