Quality and accuracy.

I purchased the YC9333 model in April 2022 which has a display showing the time via the wireless radio beacon in Cumbria. I also shows the barometric pressure and an indication of forthcoming weather which I have found 90% accurate. This model has 3 wireless sensors showing temperature and humidity. I specifically bought it to place one sensor in each of my fridge and freezer and one under cover facing north east outside. It has an internal temperature/humidity sensor for the room. The LCD display has a button for a light which goes off automatically. There is a memory button which shows max and min over a 24 hour period, resetting at midnight each day. Everything is powered by AA batteries and they lasted for over a year. I can see at a glance my fridge and freezer temperatures for reassurance on an old fridge freezer. I bought mine from Amazon and I am really pleased with the quality and accuracy.

Very efficient

Very efficient..ordered YC9387 weather station mid-morning on Thursday. Arrived mid-morning Saturday.Had some trouble setting up to the internet so emailled them and got a phone call within minutes. Very kind man helped me through the set-up process and now connected up and all working fine

Exemplary

We had trouble setting up our newly purchased YC9387(T) so sent an email late on a Sunday afternoon. Within minutes we had a phone call telling us exactly how to set it up. The gentleman on the other end (I'm sorry I didn't ask his name) couldn't have been more helpful. He was so patient and polite -giving us all the time in the world, and I can't praise him and this company highly enough.

Customer Service.

I have the Youshiko YC9391 weather station. I installed this on my roof in January 2023. An excellent product and built to last. I had a question about the outdoor sensor. There were no issues, it was just me wanting to know a detail. The response time was awesome (just hours AND at the weekend) and the detailed answer was just amazing. Youshiko proves beyond any doubt that customer care, post purchase, can be achieved to a very high standard. Thank you.

Excellent product and customer service!

Very happy with my weather station bought some 18 months ago. Had occasion to contact customer service with an issue, received a very quick (evening!) response which resolved the issue.Can't fault Youshiko!
