I had one or two questions regarding a weather station I had purchased. The customer support provided was really good.They replied to my messages within hours and were very helpful.This is the second weatherstation I have bought from them. The first one is still going strong. I got another because I wanted more features.
Have bought projecting clock and weather station from this company. I must say I’m absolutely delighted by the quality of both items, beautiful full colour screens.Very quick connection to sensors seem quite accurate at the moment. Can’t say much about the technical quality yet as haven’t had that long but I found it really easy to set up. Had a slight glitch with the clock projection. Emailed youshiko and had a replacement sent by return post, no questions asked. Big advantage having a UK based company.In conclusion at the moment I absolutely recommend YOUSHIKO.😁
The outdoor sensor on my weather station developed a fault after 3 months. I corresponded with the company and they suggested some tests which I could run to fix the problem. The tests did not help and so I returned the sensor to them. A new one was dispatched by return and arrived safely. Once again I now know how cold it is outside!
I recently perched a Youshiko Model: YC9387(W) Wi-Fi weather station. During the set up I experienced some difficulty in connecting to my Wi-Fi system. An Email to customer service resulted in an almost instant telephone call guiding me through the process. This response was followed up by latter Email to check all was well. Very pleased with the weather station and the excellent customer service. Can fully reccomend this company.
I ordered a new transmitter and somehow managed to put the wrong delivery address on the order. I contacted Youshiko and they came back to me very quickly to tell me the address had been changed. I took delivery of the transmitter today and it's working well. I would highly recommend this company.
