Really prompt and useful advice

I have a Yoshiko weather station that decided to change the time by 11 hours. I emailed the company and within an hour, I received a reply which told me exactly how to reset my station. I followed the advice and the time is now correct. What great service! And this isn’t the first time I’ve asked for help and they were great last time too - it’s a great weather station - (YC9441)

Had a problem setting up my Youshiko …

Had a problem setting up my Youshiko YC9386 weather station. E mailed Youshiko and they replied straight away with reset instructions which worked.Really pleased with their quick response.

Youshiko reliability and quality of service.

I have been the proud owner of a Youshiko weather station for several years. During this time I've had to resort to the suppliers for advice, to which they have responded immediately. I would strongly recommend this company for the reliability and quality of their product, and after sales service.

Projection Clock YC9369… malfunction.

Bought the Projection Clock YC9369 through Amazon. A stylish looking product but unfortunately after about 10days the projection began not displaying correctly. For example a 8 would look like a 3 etc. Having no packaging, I was lead to believe it couldn’t be returned to Amazon. I contacted YouShiko directly and they were very prompt in their response, handling the situation and within a week I received a replacement. E

Great weather station and suberb service

We're really happy with my new Youshiko YC9471 which works perfectly and was easy to set up. I had a query about the App and the customer service was superb with a call back within minutes, even out of working hours. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend their products and their customer service.

Prompt replacement of Item damaged in transit.

Replacement of item damaged in delivery. I reported the damaged item (Radio Controlled Jumbo LCD Clock) & the replacement was received by return.Prompt & courteous action by Youshiko personnel.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I renewed the batteries in my weather station and the outside unit they would not reconnect . I emailed Youshiko and within no time they came back to me with what to do and following their instructions my weather station was connecting again. Great service even though it is 16 months since I purchased the weather station. Great customer service
